Relaxing and just a beautiful place to unwind. We have remodeled the home and once our kids are all out of the house we are planning on retiring to this little house. In the mean time we are sharing with others this great pioneer restored home. Come and enjoy our little slice of heaven in Mendon. Come find out what made us fall in love with this little place and want to sell our 5000 sq foot home to want to come and live in this 900 sq ft cottage.
Thank you John and Karla for sharing your house with us. Alan and I rented your sweet Rock House so my mother Carol, Our son Alex. his wife Ashley and their son Jaxton, could celebrate Alex earning his Doctorate in Biochemistry from Utah State. It was a perfect place for all of us. Mendon is a beautiful peaceful place. Karla thank you for the warm homemade bread and jam it was delicious. Many happy memories were made and I would like to invite you to my Facebook page to see the pictures. https://www.facebook.com/mendoncottage Thank you... Kim
Coming to stay at the Rock Cottage you will only need your clothes, some books, your camera and your desire to relax in peaceful beauty.
John and Karla have provided everything else you will need. Enjoy your stay......we did!!
My family loved staying here! The drive getting to the cottage from Logan is beautiful....woke up early every morning to eat breakfast outside in the backyard....just me, the mountains and my book. Awesome! Would highly recommend to anyone seeking solace.....LOVED IT!
Very quiet, peaceful, perfect for anyone wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to run to a store. We stayed there to go four wheeling and had a great time. Lots of beautiful places to go and spend all day riding and then to come back in a quaint setting. The Cottage was beautifully redone and the place was immaculate when we arrived. It had gorgeous views of the mountains
Will recommend to others and would love to stay there again.
We rented for a month and couldn't be happier with our stay. The remodeled historic home was very clean, comfy beds and well furnished. Plenty of off street parking and a nice large yard with a beautiful mountain view. Deer were seen several times grazing or just laying in the back yard area. A special thanks to our hosts John and Karla who made our stay outstanding. We are already planning on returning for another stay.
The property was fantastic! Very clean and organized. My wife really enjoyed this surprise trip and stay at your home. We would love to come back in the future. Thanks for everything.
We stayed a week in this lovely home while visiting family in the area. The area is peaceful and the views are stunning. The home is comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed eating dinner on the back seating area and just relaxing and visiting in the gorgeous yard.
