Beaufain street condo is located near the corner of King Street. Very central location in downtown Charleston. You can walk to everything! It is approximately 950 sq. ft., 1 queen bedroom and bath (tub/shower) are elevated by just 3 steps. There is a second full bath near the entrance, and a stack washer and dryer. It has a full kitchen with bar stools and a drop leaf dining table. The sectional sofa has a sleeper sofa included. Wifi, cable TV and one parking space are all included. Max: 3 people!

There is a small additional charge for extra people using the sleeper sofa.

Great location!

This place is great. Location is perfect for everything and was equipped with all supplies we needed. Only two small suggestions. 1. Add a bench or shelf in the bathroom. The pedestal sink isn't wide enough to place a bag while you do your makeup. 2. Check the water pressure. It was kinda low and I'm not sure if that's normal.

Perfect weekend rental!

My husband planned a weekend getaway for us and this condo was perfect. Roomy, very clean and quiet. Loved the decor, awesome area. Didn’t need the car to get around, you’re basically around the corner from everything. Everything from shopping to restaurants even the pier. Thank you for letting us book our stay. Looking forward to staying there again.

Better than the pictures

Just loved this place with the exposed bricks, high ceilings, and comfortable bed. My husband and I slept so soundly every night. This place was a slice of heaven even when Charleston was hot and humid. We took off in the morning, came back to relax in the afternoon and hit the streets again in the evening. This place is perfectly located. It is walking distance to everything- bars, restaurants, historical buildings, shopping, etc.) Yet at night it was super quiet. We did not even hear our neighbors. The place was super clean and well stocked. The place had new appliances and it looked like it was newly refurbished. This is the place we would stay if we came back again. The place is so much nicer than the pictures. You just can't capture the feel of the place. Giving it an A++ review

As advertised excellent rental

The property was spotless, has a washer and dryer, plus two full baths. The location is great and there are many restaurants within walking distance. There is a designated parking space. It is not adjacent, however. There are many dumpsters by the unit’s spot and I would have been uncomfortable returning to the space after dark. Though not the owner’s issue, another unit propped the locked staircase door open with a chunk of cement. We returned after 8:30 and I removed the cement. The unit has a landline. We never used it, but we could have for local calls.

The tv in the unit is very, very small. We did watch it a little as there was some rain. A larger screen with a roku box would have been appreciated. Tvs have dropped in price so much that might be the next inprovement

Thanks for a clean and as advertised unit in the beautiful city! We would love to visit again!
