Spacious one bedroom condo- with one queen bed, and one bath (tub /shower) about 3 steps up; second full bath (shower only) is near the entrance. There is also a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table and six chairs in a large, open room. A washer and dryer is available also, near the second bath. Owner provides cable TV, WiFi, and one parking space which is a short block away.

Guests love this attractive, well maintained condo and often request it for repeat visits. Guests love being able to park their car and walk to shopping and restaurants. It's near the corner of King and Beaufain Streets, near Charleston Place Hotel. One parking space is included just a short walk from the condo. If you fly in and don't have a car, you can walk to everything.

well located, just 1/2 block from King street, very center of town, WALK TO EVERYTHING. Condo has large, open living room/dining area and kitchen; Queen bedroom and bath (tub/shower) are 3 steps up; another bath with shower is near entry door/foyer. Full kitchen; washer and dryer; cable TV, WiFi, and one parking space are all provided. Rates range $175-$250 depending on season and special events. Rave, rave, rave. A great place!!

Loved it. Has everything. Right downtown. Parking place across the street. Comfortable bed. We've been around the world for more than a decade traveling, and this place is in the top 20%. Could use a bit more hot water for showers, but a minor issue. Quiet, beautifully equipped, walk to groceries, restaurants, theater, historical sites. Heater/air conditioner a bit noisy, but again, a minor issue. We highly recommend it. No disappointments here!!

A+ Homerun Venue For a Charleston Vacation

This condo could not have been more perfect, both in terms of its location, and the actual facility. Dead center in the heart of historic downtown, steps away from shops, restaurants and bars, the location was ideal. A 2 block walk from all the vendors on Market Street, and then a couple of blocks more to get to the water as well as the historic homes and the museums. Supermarkets & grocery stores, and a CVS store all within walking distance, so you don't have to worry about running out of water, snacks, beer, wine, or other essentials.

If we had brought a car, there was a parking space that was included.

The actual apartment was so nice, and the layout was better than any hotel suite. I loved having the two full bathrooms and the washer/dryer. There was some classic element to the flat, with the hardwood floors and cathedral ceilings, but everything was so new and modern, especially the kitchen.

I never actually met the property manager, but all my communications with her throughout the process were reassuring that she was there for us if there had been any needs. She gives you her business card with the address of her office nearby, and she responds to email messages quickly. The place was super-clean, and the place was well stocked with shampoos, body wash, paper towels et. al.

Without reservation, I would recommend this condo to all my friends if they were staying in Charleston. Oh, and here's a tip---there is a UPS store a block away from the condo that shipped our 2 pieces of luggage to my home in NY for $67. So we were luggage-free to enjoy the entire last day in Charleston before our evening flight.

Superb downtown stay!!

This was the perfect launching spot for our Charleston visit. The location is superb with direct access to all the downtown activities and yet surprisingly quiet during the night. The condo has everything you need to make you feel like home. We especially liked the convenience of the parking spot. We will definitely stay again!

Great condo in a Great Location

This is a quiet, comfortable place 50 feet from the best of King St. Price was a bargain for the value. Thoughtfully decorated and equipped with everything we needed. Kitchen had complete service for 8, high-end cookware (we're used to unusable frying pans with destroyed coating), and knives that actually cut. We travel a lot, and this was by far the cleanest and best equipped condo we have ever rented. T'Lene was responsive and very helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay and would happily rent here again.
