This charming & peaceful 1-story West Hollywood back guest house is a true gem! With beautiful natural light, accommodating layout, outdoor patio and small luxury accents throughout, this ideally located WeHo home makes for a dreamy stay.
Walking distance from all the action off Melrose Ave, this thoughtfully curated studio was designed with your ultimate comfort & tranquility in mind.
There are two properties onsite: this 400-square-foot guest house and an 1800-square-foot main house. This home is situated in one of LA's best neighborhoods, West Hollywood. Though only moments away from it all, this guest house has great privacy, too.
Upon entry, French doors open up to your unit. All furniture has been thoughtfully curated to complement the aesthetic of the home. We've added little touches of luxury along the way, which we hope will make you feel special.
With an open layout and vaulted beamed ceilings, the space feels spacious & sun-kissed.
The kitchen is beautifully remodeled. Its modern design and granite countertops give this home an upgraded feel. Appliances include a full-sized gas stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, and mini-refrigerator. This kitchen has all you need: dish towels, utensils, glassware, plasticware (for the kiddos!), plates, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, wine glasses, etc.For a special treat, we've included a set of pottery, plates and mugs from LA hotspot The Ivy.
The living area is spacious, with a thoughtful layout split into a sleeping area and a dual-purpose living area.
The sleeping area includes a *brand new* queen bed with a Westin Heavenly mattress, down pillows & down duvet. Linens provided. Additional storage built in under the bed for added convenience.
The dual-purpose living area features trundle style daybed with two twin mattresses. A custom farm table and additional seating turns it into an eating or work area.
The master bathroom is spacious with a full-sized stand-up shower, sink and vanity. Indoor and outdoor towels included. Plush bathrobes add a touch of relaxation.
Comfort amenities include: 40-inch flat-screen HD smart TV, Netflix, WiFi (fastest internet available), A/C, washer & dryer.
Parking: street parking only. Please read street signs carefully. West Hollywood parking permit included.
Windows all have shades and drapes for your desired level of privacy.
French doors open up to the patio with lounge furniture, relaxing hammock, lush plants, tropical fruit trees, and tall privacy hedges. Enjoy a some fresh air while listening to the tranquil sounds of chirping birds.
Nestled in the epicenter of West Hollywood and surrounded by mature trees, this home is a unique experience. It’s the perfect place to retreat to after your day exploring this diverse LA landscape.

Other property onsite: A 1,800 square-foot, three-bedroom main house is available as a separate rental or together with the guest house. The main house has a spacious front yard surrounded by tall hedges to ensure privacy for all guests.
During your stay, you will have sole access to this back guest house, including the patio area directly in front of the guest house.
Off limits: Just 3 Items... 1.) The front yard is part of the main house, and we ask that you please use the designated patio space in front of your unit only. 2.) For your safety, we ask you not to use the fire pit. Other than that, enjoy the guest house, washer & dryer and outdoor patio space. 3.) Onsite driveway parking is dedicated to the main house only. Unless otherwise approved by the management company, it is off limits. Parking is street parking only. We do have 1 West Hollywood parking permit available for this back guest house. Otherwise, there is usually parking on the other side of Melrose Ave. approximately 1–3 blocks away.

The Ink Property Management team will be just a phone call away should you need anything. At the same time, we respect your privacy and we will not be invading your vacation time. We are just close enough... Win Win.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE.
This is a 400-square-foot studio. It’s most comfortable for 1–2 guests, but it can accommodate up to 4 guests. Though well equipped, it is a small space.There is no parking onsite. Street parking only. This property is on the border of West Hollywood, and we have 1 parking permit available for your use issued by the city of West Hollywood. We ask that you please review the parking signs to ensure you are parking in the appropriate zone specific to this permit. Otherwise, you will need to find street parking on the other side of Melrose Ave. This means parking will be about 1–3 blocks away, across the main street.
This home is nestled off a busy street. Though that’s great for walking everywhere, there may be a little ambient noise from the main road. When inside the home, it is unusual to hear outdoor road noise.
