2-3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath, Kitchenette, TV Room With Dining Viewing The Waterway!

Panoramic view of the inter coastal waterway. We are located in an established neighborhood and directly on the Bogue Sound. A 300' dock for easy docking of your boat overnight. A local marina is within feet of our property. There you can rent kayak and paddle boards . You will be able to cross the ICW to a sand bar for a day of fun on site.

You may choose to get into your car and drive a few miles to the local Emerald Isle beach, for all the sun, sand and salt life you want. Emerald Isle is a 30 mile long island, the southern part of the Outer Banks of NC. Along the route there will be fishing piers, restaurants, aquarium and lots of shopping for your enjoyment. At the north end of the island is a historical fort, with firing of the cannons at special occasions.

We rent our upstairs apartment as a vacation rental options to you. We live downstairs. My husband I have been married 53 years. We are in our 70's . Our faith is very important to us. We ask for honest, hardworking people to book with us. We especially love children. Our rates are based on 2 adults and their children. Additional adults are at an addition price.

We chose to retire at the beach. It was our lifetime dream to own waterfront property. We vacationed at the beach and just dreamed of owning waterfront home. In 1995 we found this lot and started building right away, just 3 years till retirement. God has richly blessed us.quiet, pristine and beautiful

Could not have asked for more,. The host were exceptionally nice and the place was well outfitted with all your needs for a easy and comfortable stay. The view out the back of the house is absolutely beautiful and wonderful to wake up with a morning coffee.

Awesome is an appropriate word to describe the Bogue Sound B&B!

This 3-bedroom home with 1.5 baths, large living room and inter-coastal waterway-facing porch is lovely. The owners are very welcoming and hospitable, the properly is comfortable and convenient, and the location is superb. The property includes a dock into Bogue Sound as well as two one-man kayaks that guests may use. Atlantic Beach and Emerald Isle are each less than 9 miles from the property. We can't recommend Bogue Sound B&B highly enough.

Nice Getaway

The B&B is just as described and more. My husband and I were warmly welcomed when we arrived. We enjoyed the view of the ICW while we ate breakfast each morning on the porch, and relaxed each evening in the theater styled chairs. Would stay here again.

Wonderful stay for our family vacation

My husband and two young children felt right at home in William and Margie's beautiful property on the sound. This was our first real family vacation, and I can't image staying anywhere else. The location is convenient, as it's a short drive to all the beaches. The waterfront view is spectacular. I loved waking up to the sunrise and sipping my coffee in the screened-in porch. We had more than enough room, and the kids' bedroom worked out perfectly. I'm so glad we found this property. We have great memories from our vacation!
