This home features over 3100 square feet with high ceilings, artwork, pool table and a great open floor plan, allowing for plenty of room for large groups. Five Bedrooms total, one queen bed + full bath downstairs and four bedrooms 2 full bath upstairs. Master is large and has King bed with an additional daybed. Open plan for ensuite featuring both a tub + shower area. Other bedrooms have Queen beds and newly purchased linens through out. All rooms have custom blackout window treatments. Home has full internet, telephone and cable with 4 large flat screens in a up to date contemporary setting. Kitchen is large and been updated ready for entertaining and hosts complete service for 10-12 with good access to landscaped backyard includes BBQ with loungers, table and private swimming pool.

Beautiful home and had the BEST time!!!

This home is one of our favorite places we have ever stayed and we had the best time. We were not expecting it to be so nice because the photos did not lend justice to how nice and well appointed, beautiful and the great energy it had. Due to my husbands contract work, we have to travel quit a bit and have stayed all over the world. So for us to find such a lovely home, with so much space that also provided privacy and comfort was a true blessing for our family. This home was beautiful, clean and was a perfect haven for my husband and our 4 kids. The neighborhood is in a safe and great location. Allison, the owner, was extremely pleasant, easily accessible and made sure we had everything we needed. I would highly recommend this place and will definitely return next time we need to be in the las vegas area!

Numerous reasons not to rent this property....delayed check-in due to owner claiming the electronic door codes were being changed (not), we had maids walk in on us unannounced, called Allison and she did not even know whom they were, obviously codes were not changed. Garbage disposal was frozen not operating, had to be plunged and the electrical plug was pulled out from wall yet owner had no knowledge, even though she spent the weekend there. It was our first day and we were anxious to go to breakfast and start our day but Allison insisted we wait for the plumbers to complete the job. It took 4 hours of our 1st morning waiting. Next nite at 3am smoke detectors started going off, we had to pull the battery then noticed the other batteries were pulled and not replaced. Talking to Allison that morning she suggested "we" replace the batteries in smoke detectors that were over 10 yrs old and informed us that Cox was going to come early next morning to replace door codes. We had to be there again until Cox guy was finished replacing codes. Allison was not going to reimburse us our security deposit until we gave her the codes that Cox had, and as a "owner" of the house she could have called Cox for them. We paid for a clean house yet her floors, and kitchen counter tops were filthy. Bring your own soap and shampoo because most bottles of shampoo and hand soap were just about empty. Secondary bathrooms were left with used bars of soap, yuk! Do not expect a quite morning, a large doberman pincher lives next door and loves to awaken you with his loud barking. Owner informed us to tell neighbors that we were friends of hers if approached about staying at the house because of the HOA rules of NOT renting on VRBO. We have rented many times from VRBO and have never felt so unwelcome. This property had so many inaccessible locked interior doors and garage. We have never dealt with a more difficult non-concerning owner and would not recommend renting this property.

Owner's Response: It is unfortunate this couple was not happy with their stay. We are quite friendly, Sue and I hit it off over many phone calls and text before they arrived. The house is a beautiful 3000 sq ft- 5 bedroom, 3 bath with private pool and is well-appointed with updated furnishings and artwork, you can't beat the location to the strip only 10 min away and it is in a safe clean gated community. We normally charge a fee for pets and waived it for their stay. What I understand is the dog next door seemed to bark and frighten their elderly dog, we have three dogs and they all get along after the initial verbal meet and greet over the common wall. We have never had a complaint before about this issue. Sue let us know the garbage disposal was not working day 1, we sent out a repairman to replace and install a new one right away. Things come up and we respond. The home is digitally keyless and we scheduled Cox to come out and change the locks as the long term tenant had just left 2 days prior to their stay and he forgot to cancel his cleaning team. We always have housekeeping set up the day tenants arrive and I was there, house was cleaned and looked great. After many many years of renting, we have never had so many complaints from a tenant and I started to realize after numerous calls they were not going to make nice. As soon SUE + her husband called about (kleenex and trashbags) we responded quickly but it just seemed that anything we did, could not make them happy. They wanted refunds right away! I offered additional free days and they rejected the offer. The house is stocked with paper towels, napkins, condiments, coffee and bath products + toliet paper, most people prefer to bring their own shampoo so I have never had any complaints about that. We always do our best to make tenants comfortable but Sue seemed to want to concentrate on bringing up issues rather than enjoying the city and great location they had. I explained they were paying for those things as well, it was a rental home, not a hotel. We made it available for them during the NY holiday. This was actually a tough time to turn the house with major traffic coming and going into Vegas. It is standard that we review the home for any damages or missing items, but they wanted their refund ASAP and there for we sent it POP mail right away. It is not surprising SUE took time to write a negative review because as tenants we would give them about the same 1-star rating for being OVERLY DIFFICULT.

Completely Gorgeous

It was awesome to have stayed in this property for the weekend and to enjoy time with my family it was really accommodating. What I loved the most was the essence of Allison of having a fully equipped house were all we needed were clothes and food everything else was there, honesty she made my stay there great not even a hotel would have such amenities included... I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to renting for another occasion if available.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful home!

Brought the family to Vegas for my daughters 21st and stayed the weekend in this gorgeous home. The owner was a pleasure to work...she even left a little surprise for us to get the party started. The neighborhood is clean and quiet and we had plenty of parking. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!
