Tropical decor and newly remodeled, this one bedroom one bath offers it all! Immaculate in every way, this condo offers the perfect location, view and beautifully furnished. Located directly across the street from a 24 hour beach access. The condo has a heated pool and tennis court for your use, as well as a BBQ grill and picnic area.
The master has a king sized bed and direct access to the bathroom. A queen sized sofa bed is available in the living room.
I work for BHHS Florida Realty and have been looking for the perfect condo for years. I just purchased and remodeled this 4th floor beauty with gorgeous sunset views from the large open balcony with peek a boo view of the Gulf.

This property located in the center of Marco's crescent beach and is directly across the street from a 24 hour free beach access at 291 S. Collier Blvd. It is also next door to the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort and Spa. PERFECT LOCATION!
This large one bedroom of 800 square feet offers full kitchen, shower/ tub combination and new vanity. Porcelain tile flooring was just installed through entire unit. The condo is immaculate, Inventory available.
The condo was even nicer than advertised. Everything was perfectly clean and nice. The view was prettier than the pictures and the beach was a very short walk across the street. We had a great time.
We've stayed here several times now, preferring the condo to staying at the Hilton or Marriot. This condo is directly across the street from the beach access point as well as the Marriot so you can enjoy all the amenities of resorts (quick access to food, watersports, activities, etc.) and still enjoy the privacy and lower cost of staying in your own condo. It's our goto place on Marco and the owner Susie is the absolute best.
The condo delivered on the description and was a perfect vacation base for us.
My girlfriend and I stayed in this unit four nights. Upon arrival we were very impressed with the layout and cleanliness. There is a great view off the balcony and our stay was very peaceful and quiet. The location is PERFECT! Beach access right across the street. Getting around was a breeze. Another huge plus was the parking for this unit. The dedicated spot is right by the entry gate. The complex"s pool was perfect, very clean and well cared for. During our stay we had the pool to ourselves. The owner/operator Susie was awesome! Great easy communication, check in instructions were so easy. We had a great time!
the location of the condo was great, easy access to the beach, and located near numerous restaurants with a variety of good foods. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything you would need for your stay, excellent vacation
Once again, Susie exceeded our expectations. This time we stayed in the condo for 10 nights. There was a small housekeeping issue upon arrival (which is common since this is the busiest time of year on Marco) and Susie literally took care of it right away.
It wasn't anything critical to the enjoyment of our trip, but it was handled, immediately. This is a very important factor when deciding on a vacation rental in Marco.
Things aren't always perfect in life or vacation, but when you have an owner like Susie who addresses - even the smallest issues immediately - you have the peace of mind that if something does go wrong it won't have a negative impact on your whole trip.
This is the type of service you can't buy. There isn't an option to pay extra $$$ on HomeAway or VRBO and select "caring owner" or "great service" included.
Take your chances if you like. I'm sticking with Susie.
This condo is in an excellent location with a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. It is clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. We slept great in the quiet and comfortable master bedroom. The pool area is lovely with both morning and evening sun. We very much enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Susie was a pleasure to work with and was very responsive to our questions.
