Rod and Melissa, our wonderful vacation rental agents at City Life Suites, Victoria, will be glad to assist you with your reservation and will be glad to answer any questions you may have.

We're travelers, just like you! We travel a lot and we just got tired of staying in small, over-priced hotel rooms, where we had no choice but to eat in restaurants where we had to pay outrageous prices for things like laundry and other services, (not to mention endless 'tipping'.)

So we set out to offer something better for guests. who come to stay in our self-catering Victoria holiday rentals.

Great place to stay

This one bedroom plus den condo in downtown Victoria was a wonderful place to stay. The location was within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. The condo itself was nicely furnished and well equipped. The fact that some of the basic kitchen staples were provided was much appreciated. Rod and Melissa, the property managers were extremely helpful and very approachable. We would recommend this condo and City Life Suites to anyone looking for a vacation rental property in the downtown area.

Cancellation Policy
Our reservation and cancellation policies must be more restrictive than a large hotel since a cancellation is very disappointing to both the guests and to us as, in most instances, we will have turned away other guests who would have reserved the apartment for your dates.
Our cancellation policy states that, "should you fail to use your confirmed reservation, we reserve the right to retain all funds received as liquidated damages until the unit is re-rented at the same rate for the same time period. If the latter occurs we will retain a $100 CAD administrative fee."
We recommend you consider trip cancellation insurance to protect your vacation.
We are required to charge taxes on all reservations. If your stay however is one month plus one night (or more) taxes are exempt.
We accept Visa & MasterCard, additionally, if you have a Canadian bank account, we will gladly accept payment via e-transfer.
