This beautifully appointed residential flat is located at the corner of Sixth Avenue North and Church Street -- two blocks from a grocery store -- one block to Pucketts -- two blocks to the state capital -- a short walk to 'Lower Broad' and Second Avenue. The two bedrooms consist of a King Master and a queen guest suite, both of which are more than comfortable, each with its own bath; The living/dining room is nicely appointed with touches by Barbara Carman renown for decorating some of the best known properties in the area, most recently 'Lillie Belle's of Franklin'.

What makes this condo unique

Class. When I first entered the lobby from Church Street, my first word was 'this is a class act'. The property has 24 hour concierge service and you can tell there is pride of ownership. Staying overnight in Nashville is a special experience and The Cumberland makes the stay even more delightful. Amenities are both practical and convenient. I especially like the fitness center but from a business perspective you cannot beat the business center and conference center. I especially enjoyed reading my newspaper early and how nice it was to have hot coffee waiting. the 'mancave with large screen tv impressed me as perfect for watching my favorite team.

Comfortable and Convenient

Our family of three were very comfortable in this condo. It was also quiet and relaxing when we wanted to escape the excitment going on on Broadway (NHL playoffs). The location couldn't have been better, a few blocks from Broadway

We all enjoyed our bedrooms and having a bathroom for each bedroom was a plus. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms had more than enough towels not to mention having shampoo, soap and lotion. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, glassware, pots and pans, etc. It was nice having coffee to make in the keurig. The cookies that were baked for us was a nice touch and very much appreciated!

It was nice having the kitchen, dining area and living room open. The windows made for a nice view and made the condo bright and airy. The balcony off the master bedroom was enjoyed too. Having a washer and dryer was convenient.

Parking was a plus to have it included at the condo.

Bud and Barbara were excellent to deal with, answering our questions promptly. Booking was easy. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Bud, we really enjoyed your place. It was very warm, cozy and comfy. Even the lobby area was clean and beautiful. Away from the noise and chaos of broadway, but close enough to quickly get to it.

This unit is all the website says and more!!!

Came with my sisters for a girls weekend. The unit is beautiful and has all the amenities needed...fully stocked kitchen, excellent security, blow dryers, comfy pullout, walking distance to Broadway, immaculately clean, coffee pods and creamers, small grocery store 2 blocks away, more towels than you could use in a week! etc etc. Bud is super nice and accommodating. I have stayed at several home rentals and this one is exactly as represented and then some. I cannot say enough good about this place! Thanks Bud!

Wonderful place to stay!

The property was clean, beautifully decorated, and a great location. The parking garage was easy to access, and it was easy to get in and out and get to everything we wanted to visit in Nashville whether walking or driving. The people manning the front desk were helpful, and everyone we met in the hallways and elevators were friendly. The property owner was accessible, personable and added a touch of warmth with the fresh, homemade cookies!

They property could not have been nicer. It had everything we could want and the location was great.

Our host was a class act. He was extremely assessable and we had a wonderful time. I can't think of a nicer place to stay. I would highly recommend this property.
