Amazing on site management
This was a perfect place for my family of six. We came to New Orleans for an extended family get together, and we chose this quiet neighborhood instead of downtown, and it was such a great choice. We were walking distance to a great neighborhood grocery and several great restaurants as well as ice cream for the kids. We also spent a lot of time on the balcony watching streetcars and the squirrels playing in the large oaks right in front of us. It was very relaxing and peaceful. Schulzie was also very hospitable during our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

A great location with a great environment to appreciate the history of the city. Very clean, comfortable, and the trolley picks you up just outside the front door. We will be back on our next visit.

This apartment perfectly captures the essence of uptown New Orleans! It is tastefully decorated, charming, and squeaky clean. The beds so comfy and bed linens heavenly. Parking out front is easy. Shultzie is so nice and accommodating. Can't wait to come back and rent the whole house!
I really loved this place. Everything was so modern yet classic! It was extremely clean as well. I would definitely rent here again!
