WEEKENDS ARE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, unless just 1 night is available! MUST BE 25 YEARS OR OLDER TO RESERVE.

The Sand Crab is a great home located in Sea Isle. This 3 bedroom home gives you plenty of space for 11 people to be comfortable. You are a walk, bike ride or golf cart ride away from the beach and all subdivision amenities.

AMENITIES: Guest will have access to the Sea Isle fishing pier, tennis court, kids playground, basketball court and boat ramp. The Sea Isle pool is only open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and spring break depending on the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, let me know is advance so I can get one for you. The pass covers 10 guest for 1 week.

PETS: 2 pets maximum. You will be asked to register your pet on the rental agreement. The pet fee is $50/pet. This is a non-refundable fee. Please keep in mind there is no fence on the property but there is a gated deck. We ask that pets be left on the deck when you are not home. VRBO/HomeAway/Vacationrentals does not properly calculate the pet fee when an automatic quote is given. Please take this into consideration when reviewing your automatic quote. Your pet fee will be $50/pet. 2 pet maximum.

RATES: Our rates are very competitive already; however, if it is off season and you are booking a last minute trip we may be negotiable. Do not hesitate to contact us with an offer!

CLEANING FEES: Clean fee is a low $75.00 and that includes linens and towels at no extra charge!

WEEKENDS: Weekends are a 2 night minimum (Friday & Saturday). If the house is vacant one of the nights, we will rent just the one nights. We will not book it until the Thursday before the night you are wanting just the one night.

Sea Isle is a subdivision that offers the most amenities so we wanted something guest could rent and have options during their stay. Sea Isle has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, boat launch, marina, small grocery store, restaurant, bar (with live music in the summer), beach access and fishing pier. You really don't have to leave the community if you don't want to. Rent a golf cart or bikes and you are set!

When you sit on the porch of this home you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. It is just a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride from the beach all all the subdivision amenities.

OUTSTANDING Vacation home!

Everything was PERFECT! Home was clean with a full kitchen & 2 full baths. Owner communicated well. We didn't want for for anything. Our only problem was that we wish we had booked it for longer! 1 week was not enough to do all we wanted to do. Next time we'll be renting for 2 weeks. We loved this home. Can't wait to stay there again. Appliances were clean and worked well. Towels & linens were clean & in good shape. Having use of the washer & dryer all week was a major plus. Pool was beautiful & conveniently close. Beach was gorgeous & conveniently close to home also. So glad we found it. Thanks, Michael Smith. Look forward to seeing us again & again.

Very clean and well priced house.

We were there just for one night for a guys fishing trip. We found the unit to be clean and very comfortable. The price was excellent and didn't have all the high price add on fees other units charge. Will stay here again.

Overall experience was very good. Enough space for all.

Overall was very good. I liked the kitchen was furnished with pots and pans. And there were linens and towels. Both bathtubs did leak though. And the trash can downstairs was already full so we had no where to put our trash. But besides that, very good experience. Will definitely rent from Michael Smith again.

Great house and neighborhood

Upon arrival the house was clean and ready to for us to move in. The neighborhood was friendly and super close to the beach. Definitely within walking distance but with kids it was easier to drive and not run across the main road. Beach access parking was located right across the street. We will definitely be making this a tradition.

Great location. Roomy enough for our family of 7.

The location was great and overall the stay was everything we wanted and needed for our family of 7. Our older kids were able to take a short bike ride to the beach. The property does need a little bit of tlc. Minor upkeep really. Both bathtubs had leaking faucets. No matter how tightly you turned the knobs, there was always a large trickle coming out of the faucet. We were told about it one tub on day of arrival and told they were trying to get a plumber out but after a week no plumber came. When we arrived we realized it was actually both tubs couldn't be turned off completely. The deck gate was missing screws which caused a board was just dangle which allowed our dog to slip through the gate. My husband fixed that problem himself since we have a small dog who liked to sneak through the gate's hole to play with the kids downstairs. A couple cabinets were missing a few screws in the kitchen, so the door, if you werent careful, would swing down to meet your face. Deck chair was badly rusted on front porch and my husband sat in it and it broke. Overall it was a great vacation and even with all that, we would stay again. The property just needs minor fixes to make it a 5 star experience for us.
