The Sand Crab is a great home located in Sea Isle. This 3 bedroom home gives you plenty of space for 11 people to be comfortable. You are a walk, bike ride or golf cart ride away from the beach and all subdivision amenities.

AMENITIES: Guest will have access to the Sea Isle fishing pier, tennis court, kids playground, basketball court and boat ramp. The Sea Isle pool is only open Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend and spring break depending on the weather. If you choose to have access to the pool, let me know is advance so I can get one for you. The pass covers 10 guest for 1 week.

PETS: 2 pets maximum. You will be asked to register your pet on the rental agreement. The pet fee is $50/pet. This is a non-refundable fee. Please keep in mind there is no fence on the property but there is a gated deck. We ask that pets be left on the deck when you are not home. VRBO/HomeAway/Vacationrentals does not properly calculate the pet fee when an automatic quote is given. Please take this into consideration when reviewing your automatic quote. Your pet fee will be $50/pet. 2 pet maximum.

RATES: Our rates are very competitive already; however, if it is off season and you are booking a last minute trip we may be negotiable. Do not hesitate to contact us with an offer!

CLEANING FEES: Cleaning fee is a low $75.00 and that includes linens and towels at no extra charge!

WEEKENDS: Weekends are a 2 night minimum during summer (Friday & Saturday). If the house is vacant one of the nights, we will rent just the one nights. We will not book it until the Thursday before the night you are wanting just the one night.

Sea Isle is a subdivision that offers the most amenities so we wanted something guest could rent and have options during their stay. Sea Isle has a playground, basketball court, tennis court, volleyball, boat launch, marina, small grocery store, restaurant, bar (with live music in the summer), beach access and fishing pier. You really don't have to leave the community if you don't want to. Rent a golf cart or bikes and you are set!

What makes this house unique

When you sit on the porch of this home you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. It is just a short walk, bike ride or golf cart ride from the beach all all the subdivision amenities.

OUTSTANDING Vacation home!

Everything was PERFECT! Home was clean with a full kitchen & 2 full baths. Owner communicated well. We didn't want for for anything. Our only problem was that we wish we had booked it for longer! 1 week was not enough to do all we wanted to do. Next time we'll be renting for 2 weeks. We loved this home. Can't wait to stay there again. Appliances were clean and worked well. Towels & linens were clean & in good shape. Having use of the washer & dryer all week was a major plus. Pool was beautiful & conveniently close. Beach was gorgeous & conveniently close to home also. So glad we found it. Thanks, Michael Smith. Look forward to seeing us again & again.

Beautiful house very clean

Great communication with the owner, ready and available when expected, clean and just enough room for our party of 7. The master was big enough for the portable crib with no problem. Thank you! We would love to rent from you again!

Grand Prairie

My family enjoyed our stay!

Overall we had a wonderful stay. There were a couple of minor issues. I noticed that both bathtubs leaked constantly. The hallway bath was continuously running. The wiring on the back of the tvs were wrong so it took me some time to figure it all out so we could enjoy the DVD. My kids got a few bites during our stay not just mosquito bites and I am not quite sure from where. We are thinking the bed or sofa. Again overall we had a good time and enjoyed are stay those are all minor issues and to be expected.

We liked our stay.

We enjoyed our stay but we had a few issues. First, the door wouldn't open. We had different people tried to open the door but no one was able to open it. We contacted the owner, he was quick to response but asked us to wait 20 minutes until someone come to open for us. By that time we had already been outside for almost an hour. Luckily a handyman in the group arrived and opened the door for us. The house was roomy with the front porch. The beach, community pool and fishing pier are about 15 minutes walk; In the evening we stayed most of the time on the porch. The sheets on the bed weren't made but arranged neatly on the side. In the morning, my husband and I had bedbug' bites all over our body. We informed the owner of the problems. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: Hi, it was after 5 pm on a Friday afternoon so 20 minutes was pretty reasonable I think to get a lock Smith out there. Also, it was per someone in your groups request to wait for someone else to try to open the door so that is what made it an hour wait for you. Also, as soon as you let me know about the bite I informed you an exterminator was going out there. I let you know of there findings a day later which they told me there were NO bedbugs! Am not sure why you wouldn't wait to confirm that before posting false information about my home. They found nothing other than a small beetle which they said was probably in the house because the door was left open. That would explain all the flies in the house after you left. So your visit cost me a lock Smith and a professional exterminator both of which were unnecessary.

Very clean and well priced house.

We were there just for one night for a guys fishing trip. We found the unit to be clean and very comfortable. The price was excellent and didn't have all the high price add on fees other units charge. Will stay here again.

Simple but perfect
