Welcome to our piece of paradise in our completely remodeled and fully furnished ground floor corner unit! Our private downstairs corner unit is in immaculate condition, is tastefully appointed and looks out upon a lush, well maintained rolling green lawn and is surrounded by fragrant plantings and hedges which add to our unit's privacy. It is located next to the greenbelt and is an easy walk down to the beautiful sandy Keawakapu Beach. Our completely remodeled and expanded kitchen includes custom cabinets, GE counter depth refrigerator, Bosch silent dishwasher, Grohe fixtures, recessed and under cabinet lighting, granite counters and custom backsplash. Our living room has tiled floor and there is one a/c unit in the living room and one a/c unit in the bedroom. Our living room and bedroom lanais have new concrete slab and quartzite tile, and the lanais are very large, for your comfort. Our bathrooms have been completely upgraded to include new shower and floor tiles, custom bamboo cabinets and many more. All window sills have been redone and beautiful custom plantation shutters and natural woven vertical shades have been installed throughout the condo.

Our condo is located in one of the quietest locations in Ekahi Village & is your own garden oasis with just a short walk from the pool and Keawakapu Beach. Our condo is in the prestigious Wailea resort area which is regarded as the sunny side of Maui.

We provide full linens, towels, beach towels, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkel gear, water shoes, life jackets for children, infant water wings, portable cooler, drying rack, and beach toys for your enjoyment. We also have a portable pack-n-play/playpen, beach tent, diaper change pad and baby chair for infant children. There are two flat screen cable TVs, a DVD player, a stereo with CD player, an IHome Entertainment centre, and High-Speed internet with WiFi. There is a washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, 2 hair dryers, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a propane Webber BBQ grill out on the spacious lanai. The living room features a new comfortable queen-sized pullout sectional sofa as well as a recently installed single wall bed for extra guests.

Wailea Ekahi Village is a family-friendly vacation resort that spans 34 acres overlooking the pacific ocean and Keawakapu Beach. Resort amenities include four swimming pools, paddle tennis, shuffleboard, and barbecue area. A covered beachfront pavilion near the private beach entrance to Keawakapu Beach offers convenient access to bathroom facilities and a full kitchen with an icemaker to fill your cooler along with a cold water dispenser, refrigerator, microwave, stove and oven.

Ekahi Village is a gorgeous beach front location and extremely quiet - we chose our unit because it is centrally located, is quiet and is our own private, garden oasis with spacious lanais for our outdoor enjoyment. We love being steps away from the beach and have enjoyed many strolls from the beach all the way to Makena and in the other direction to Kihei.

Lovely updated condo with wonderful pool and easy access to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this Ekahi Village condo. We were 1 adult and 3 children and the condo was just the right size for us. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of pots/pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker, blender, hot water pot, and a great supply of dishes, bowls and glasses. I really appreciated their beach closet that was stocked with boogie boards, beach towels, bags, and chairs for renters to use. This made packing for our trip very easy as we didn't need to bring bulky beach items. The overall property is lovely - so well manicured and maintained, and the pool & beach access were perfect. Rachel, the owner, was communicative with timely, clear and helpful instructions for our stay. We hope to stay here again!

Perfect Getaway!

We had an amazing stay at this property - everything we could possibly need was on site (boogie boards, snorkel gear & more beach fun). The condo is very clean - the bed comfortable and everything is well organized....leaving more time for vacation fun! We spent a lot of time on the lanai - the property is amazing so close to the beach! We will be back - Aloha & Mahalo!

Beautiful surroundings, private lanai

We really enjoyed staying at 40A in Ekahi Village. Especially wonderful about this unit is its private lanai - no path runs by it, unlike many units. Many beach-going items were provided and the unit is spacious. We would definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable & Good Location

We were very happy here for 8 days. The home is very well-stocked, everything worked, the bed is super comfy, and the location is very good for exploring Maui. The orange trees out front were a nice bonus.... we just wish we were taller. Mahalo for a very nice stay! Aloha!
