About Customer Service

About: In 2003 while living in Atlanta, we accepted an invitation to visit a friend in beautiful Blue Ridge, Georgia over the Labor Day weekend, and that one event changed the course in the lives of our family. To discover the incredible beauty that Blue Ridge offered, and to realize that this was just an hour and a half away from Atlanta presented a set of circumstances that set some wheels in motion. What started as a family adventure turned into a family business that has produced 30+ luxury mountain homes over the course of 10 years. Today, Cabin Rentals of Georgia (CRG) serves as the premier provider of luxury vacation home rentals and Property Management in Blue Ridge, Georgia. We love warm hospitality, special friends, fantastic food, and amazing ambiance. These things embody all that CRG is, and it is our desire to share this with you. Since 2003, many of our past guests return each year because of the moments they've cherished after vacationing with us. In fact, some of our guests have captured this very lifestyle for themselves by purchasing a cabin and are currently partnering with CRG in our Property Management Program. It is our privilege to provide a luxury vacation home where you and your loved ones can relax, laugh, and enjoy the good life. Experience Blue Ridge, the South's best-kept vacation secret, with the warmth and privacy of your own luxury mountain home at Cabin Rentals of Georgia. - Gary and Lissa Knight

We spent one short week in this lovely log home and we will return next year. The cabin was spotless when we arrived. The interior decor was very attractive. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The setting (on the river) is priceless. We LOVE this cabin!

Comfortable, beautiful and serene

We travelled from Florida to meet family at this lovely location to arrive and find it was SO worth the drive (even through Atlanta's traffic!). Once you locate the cabin (directions provided need to be updated for city dwellers) you will find a spectacular view and pleasant accommodations waiting for you. The ad well describes the cabin. Bathrooms are centrally located (not connected to the master bedrooms) bring your robe if you are shy! The kitchen is reasonably stocked with accessories for easy meal preparation. Ample shopping is within 6 miles of the cabin in case you need something. The down town area and residents were friendly, welcoming and charming during our visit. We even met the neighbors across the river who watched me try to traverse the hillside to reach the water's edge. Once I was on the bank, while the water was slowed by the dam upstream, I found that I could not enter the water from the shore (a slight drop of 3-4 feet). If you are a confident swimmer and the water is being released (the river rose to the edge of the bank) you may not be as wary as I was during my moment. If we had rafts or tubes we may have entered the water during the increased flow. Regardless, even my father and his friend were able to utilize the stairway and lower sitting area to enjoy time closer to the water. We don't fly fish but we all spotted several large fish in the river on the bank throughout our time here. The three cabins on the ridge are close enough to visit but far enough spaced for privacy too. Our smaller group has already talked about potentially renting the trio of cabins for a fun-filled full-sized family reunion in years to come! The staff of Cabin Rentals of GA checked in with us nearly daily by telephone to insure our comfort and offer any assistance we may need. During the reservation and our stay I spoke with multiple staffers, each were extremely polite and accommodating, very easy to work with - a rare find these days! Thank you - we truly enjoyed ourselves and appreciated all the ammenities available at this property.
