The Hoh Rain Forrest, Olympic National Park and Washington's wild Pacific beaches are great to explore all year round! And after a day of play, relax in your cozy home away from home!

Cute Home; Less Than Desirable Neighborhood

This vacation home is a perfect vacation spot for a couple who is not planning on going to bed early. My boyfriend and I arrived on Friday, May 1st in the late afternoon to this vacation home; unfortunately, there was no key lockbox, so we had to pickup AND drop off the keys in Squiem even though we were planning on traveling the opposite way back to Oregon. The home itself it clean, quaint , and had everything we needed for the weekend (with exception of pay per view access to watch the Pacquiao fight and we did run out of toilet paper - we were only provided with one roll for our three day stay). I think the most unfortunate aspect of this vacation home is the neighborhood. On Friday night, the neighbors in 505 1/2 3rd Street had a party and they and their guests would not spot yelling belligerently, fighting, and threatening each other - this all through about 3 am Saturday (the same day as our 10 mile hike). Also, the neighbors in between 3rd and 2nd street by the creek tied their small dog to the tree in their front yard - this dog then did not stop barking until about 6 pm Saturday when the owners finally untied it and took it off the front lawn. So, again, cute and quaint home - horrible neighborhood if you are seeking a quiet and relaxing vacation home.

Perfect for Couples

This was my boyfriend's and mine first time renting a vacation home, and let me say this apartment exceeded our expectations. Everything was spotless, organized, and cozy. I think we looked around for 15 minutes commenting on how cute this place was. When you walk upstairs there was a book that welcomed us and provided places to go and things to see around Port Angeles which was helpful since it was our first time there.

If you're looking for a perfect spot for 2, this is it. You're not going to find another place that is as affordable and charming as this apartment. Please tell Mike and Tracy Hastings that their vacation home is beautiful and thanks to Brigadoon/Sequim Vacation Rentals for being so accommodating. We will be back again!
