Other features include: 1.5 blocks to a lovely white-sand beach, a short walk to restaurants and shops, and a screened porch with ceiling fans, wet bar and half bath. The downstairs living area features a large flat screen TV (cable) with DVD player while the upstairs sitting area also features a flat screen TV(cable) with DVD player, games and books. WiFi. Pet Friendly with no fee! 1360 sq ft. Linens included. Owner maintained.

The house & property are overall very nice. The back yard is wonderful! Some details could be better attended to to male staying there an outstanding experience. Among these are: keeping all screens and screen doors in good repair (several were loose with spline hanging). Additionally, there is very little space in the kitchen for food storage. The area where the washer & dryer are is quite dark, making it difficult to see laundry & the storage shelves overhead. The biggest problem for us was that the floor did not seem to have been cleaned after the rental prior to ours ended. We spend our time there mostly barefoot, and by the end of the day Saturday (our 1st day), our feet were very dirty. The floors also felt gritty. We went out and bought a bucket and spent part of our vacation sweeping and mopping ALL of the ceramic tile floors (entire downstairs and screened in porch). We also vacuumed the upstairs. Also, the remote for the ceiling fan in the living room needed a battery - we would have liked to have used it to help dry the floors, but the fan does not turn on without the remote and that was dead. The back yard, pool & play set are marvelous! These all are small issues, but they do add up, and detract from the overall experience. I would also have LOVED to see a futon or love seat in the upstairs so that we could have used it more - not for additional sleep areas, but for relaxing. The living room is quite small for the number of guests that the house sleeps..

This is our 6th or 7th rental visit to IOP and we had a great experience with this house! The pool and screened in patio were great, the master bed was very comfortable and I'm told the other beds were as well. The upstairs suite was nice for my son and daughter in law with their new infant. We loved that it was an easy walk to the beach and downtown IOP as well. The one thing I would recommend is bringing dish soap, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, kitchen towels, etc. I thought we would have "starters" and we did not so had to go out and purchase all those products immediately. But that was minor, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a pet friendly rental with a pool that's close to the beach! We would definitely rent it again if it's available!

The property is in a great location, but the property itself needs a lot of work. The house was dirty, we needed to mop it and clean the showers following our arrival. Due to the number of palmetto roaches inside the house, we had to call management to have it sprayed during our stay.

Great location with easy walk to beach and restaurants. Enjoyed the large screen porch and fenced yard for our pup. Pool water was too warm to enjoy. There were many fire ants in the back yard and driveway, and lots of mosquitoes, would recommend treating for these.

Process was very simple, every person I spoke with at Island Realty was very polite and helpful. Had an issue with the upstairs air conditioning unit, the company sent out AC technician quickly. He could not resolve the issue so an Island Realty employee quickly brought 2 free standing ac units so it was not an issue. Property was not as clean as I would like--there were Cheerios on the steps and toothpaste on the bathroom counter. Would have been helpful if laundry pods and trash bags were supplied.
