LOCATION LOCATION - Half Block To Beach! Clean, Comfortable and Affordable

If you are looking for a clean, well-appointed and comfortable place to stay in the best part of Waikiki then you need to look no further.

We love coming to our beautiful slice of paradise and know you will too. We know the importance of guests arriving to a rental that is kept in good repair and clean. It is what we expect when we travel and it is how our condo will be for you when you arrive.

We decorated and designed our condo for comfort and convenience and we are proud to share the results with you. From the comfortable king size bed to the small amenities throughout, we tried to pack in the comforts of home with an island style and breeze that will enhance your stay in paradise.

Our condo has a kitchenette with a full refrigerator, microwave and cook top. It's wonderful for reheating leftovers or cutting the cost on meals.

The Waikiki Grand Hotel is located on the quieter end of Waikiki where the 'big city' meets the lush Kapiolani Park and the stunning views of Diamond Head. It is less than 1/2 block to the world famous Waikiki Beach. The building has a shared 10th floor sundeck (picture coming) where you can bring your meal or a book, or just relax in the view.

Our wing of the building just had all of the old style slat windows replaced with slider style windows and brand new air conditioners. The new windows keep noise out and the cool in.

The bus stops one building over and the surrounding area offers food, entertainment, rentals (bikes, mopeds, surf boards etc) and shopping. Please ask us if you have something specific you are looking for or to do while in Hawaii and we will do our best to help inform you or help you find more information or recommendations. I will be setting up the recommendations portion of this ad soon that will show some of my friends and my favorite places.

Amazing Island and this location was perfect

The positive experience started at the time of booking this apartment. Owner reached out to me, explained parking, items of interest in the area, etc. Met me at the parking spot which by itself was great but it was after midnight. He then helped me with bags and groceries. Although he was not from the South his hospitality certainly seemed the same. As a native of New Orleans, he made me feel at home right away.

Before searching anywhere else consider this location and ignore the reviews about the experiences people had with the Hotel rooms. The owners really did a great job in this apartment with remodeling and keeping everything updated.

Really love the place and location. It's clean and comfortable and relatively spacious for a studio. They went out of their way to accommodate us and made us feel quite welcomed.

Outstanding value for the money, top location, and the owners are so nice and accommodating!

- Cheapest parking in Waikiki and you have a reserved spot (need to make a reservation)

- Set up like a hotel so there is front desk staff to accommodate you

- A block from the beach, in a safer part of Waikiki

- Kitchen works out great for simple meals

- Bed is comfy and huge

- Nice AC (Hawaii can get very hot)

Doesn't get much better for a couple looking to have a nice vacation without paying 3x as much for a hotel!

Very clean and very close to the beach. Condo exactly as shown in pictures.

This condo really felt like home away from home. Perfect size for the two of us and had everything we needed. The location was ideal it was literally steps to the beach. Although the condo was near the zoo end of the "strip," it was perfect for saving money since I was able to park at the zoo overnight rather than in the expensive parkades.

Thanks again to George and Bill! Communicating with them was always quick and easy. They were both fast to reply whenever we had any questions. Thank you to Bill for greeting us upon our late arrival and for letting us stay in the condo a little later due to our late departure. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Prefect location and great space

We loved our stay. Just the right amount of space for our vacation needs. We were greeted and shown the place and loved it. It was for our 25 anniversary and we were able to go to great spots to swim, great places to eat near by.
