I have owned property and have been on Martha's Vineyard for over 40 years enjoying the beauty of the Island as well as all that the Vineyard has to offer with my family. I enjoy the fresh vegetables from the local organic farms and all the benefits of being on the ocean including the shellfish that are gathered in the lagoons and fish that are caught off the shore. The Island has a long and interesting history that has been well preserved and can be enjoyed by all.
Steve purchased this estate in 2014
This property directly abuts property that I have owned for 40 years and one time used to be grazing land for goats and had a country home that needed updating---I updated the home to 5 star status and their are period farming implements that adds to the ambiance of a historic country estate.
The home and guest home provide a beautiful setting in which to enjoy Martha's Vineyard along with the amenities of tennis, volleyball and basketball court. You can stay at the property and be completely entertained with what the property has to offer. In addition you are within a short distance to some of best beaches on the Island and within walking distance to the Chappaquiddick Community Center where there are all kind of activities for children and adults which you can google to get a summary of the activities during your stay
