The outside wasn't very impressing, but the inside was very cozy and clean.

  • 4 of 5

When I first arrived I was about 40 minutes early, but I just wanted to make sure I knew I was in the right place. I tried to call Ashley, but she would't answer, then she returned my call by texting. i was trying to confirm my room # and I was trying to inform her that our room didn't have a key pad entry and she stated I was too early and that check in wasn't until 3pm. I stated I knew that and I didn't want to check in early, I just wanted to confirm where my room was. After several attemps of confirming and only being told I'm too early, I finally called Norm the other contact. Norm answered the phone was very polite and took great care of us. he confirmed that our room # had changed and that I could go ahead and make sure my # code worked on the key. He stayed on the phone with me and talked me through everything. Norm was awesome and he even said he was only 2 blocks away and he had a golf cart if we wanted him to take us anywhere!!! SO Thank You Norm!! The rest of the week was great, we were actually in Nashville for a Beachbody Convention!! The condo was v ery nice on the inside and they are furnished. Yes, the outside was a little sketchy, and there was lots of contruction in the area, but overall our stay was pleasant and we would stay again. We used many Uber's and that was great!!

Have a blessed day!!

Owner's Response: Heather, Thank you so much for your review and response. I would like to clarify a couple of items regarding your review: 1. I work and travel for the job to hospitals and can not always answer the phone. I am very quick to respond to any requests and no it might not be by answering a phone call. However, I did reply immediately by text message. 2. The room number question - the room number had never changed and was the same number in all of the documentation during your stay as it is now. I am appreciative Norm’s quick response but in hindsight the information was all available and easy to access. The offer to ride around in the golf cart can not be offered again and I will speak to Norm regarding this regulation. We can not be held liable for something to happen if you were riding in the golf cart. Thank you for letting me know this was offered and I will speak to Norm about it. Otherwise, I am happy you had such a great trip and Norm was so very helpful. Safe travels in the rest of your journeys. Ashley

Amazing!

  • 5 of 5

Two friends and I stayed here over a long weekend. We had never been to Nashville before but thanks to this adorable place, we had a blast. We were about a 5-10 minute drive from downtown Nashville and 5 minute drive to Midtown. The location was perfect! The neighborhood & neighbors were always quiet and kind. The place was very clean and spacious for three people. Ashley was very helpful and flexible when we ran into a few issues and we were so grateful. We would recommend this place to anyone wanting to enjoy their time in Nashville- we know we will be back soon!

Very cute condo :)

  • 5 of 5

The neighborhood is very cute with many gas stations, restaurants, liquor stores, Walgreens, and Kroger within walking distance. It is very up and coming and seems to be a prime spot for travelers. There were many people in and out of the complex who were primarily young (maybe 25-35) and very friendly. People were using the pool every day and the upkeep of both the complex and the pool area were great! There is TONS of parking as well. The condo itself was perfect for four people (as long as you can make a showering schedule hehe). Everything inside is very modern and we had no problems with any thing inside the condo. I loved how people from previous stays left things behind for the next guests to use. (Ex: laundry soap, shampoo, coffee creamer, vodka hehe, orange juice (yes, everything was still in date) and many other little things you use throughout a trip) The condo is 2 miles from Broadway and costed us $6 a day in Uber rides, which was AWESOME! I only needed to contact Ashley one time at the end of our trip over confusion on the lockbox when returning our key. She is SO friendly and willing to help with anything!! There were only very MINOR "cons" during our stay, which ultimately had nothing to do with the owners of the condo. 1. There is heavy construction outside of the condo which is extremely loud and they start at 6AM. 2. The toilet handle gets stuck and it continues to run and make a noise (not a terrible issue, just slightly annoying at times). 3. The pull out couch is uncomfortable as you can feel the springs when you lay on it, BUT Norm and Ashley provide the condo with a VERY thick and comfortable mattress pad for the pull out couch which we used every night, so DEFINITELY use that if using the pull out couch. Ashley was very happy that we used the mattress pad, as I was not sure if we could use the pad because it was in it's original packaging when we got to the condo. We plan to make this a yearly (if not more) vacation and will continue to stay at this exact same condo every single time! Thank you so much for providing us with a homey stay! Until next time!!!!

For the price, we overlooked some issues.

  • 3 of 5

The front door or the unit was our first impression. It needed to be changed many locks, peep holes, and picked locks ago. Front doors are not expensive, this doors deadbolt is latching to the casement by a thread. It did not feel safe. Overall, the unit was tidy. The bathroom floor was dirty, I cleaned it. There was only 2 washcloths for 4 days, no extra in a linen cabinet. There were extra towels, and pool towels in the cabinet. As stated in other reviews, there are no outlets in the bathrooms, again, we made do. The unit feels stale, and has no fresh air. The floors move under your feet while walking, and the living room is unaligned paneling. The pool was filthy, I would not have thought about going in it. It needed several inches of water added to it, and the leaves and bugs had settled in for a long stay. I did call Ashley for two other issues, she answered and it there was no problems reaching her. I did not call her for minor issues, although the binder provided did mention to call for anything.

Overall, we had a great time in Nashville. The location was easy to downtown via Uber, it was not a unit you would want to hang out in for a rainy day. It was crash pad, and served it purposes. It was three times less than hotel in the area, you get what you pay for. We choose to spend our money on food, entertainment and drinks.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. To respond to some of your concerns, we wanted to make sure the impression of the place is exactly as it should be. The doors for the home are solid wood and fully secure. We will add additional chain locks to the door to be utilized during the time in the home. Thank you for your concern. As for the sheets and towels in the home, there should have been plenty of wash cloths and towels for a party of 4 people for 2 days. If these things were missing, I could have easily brought some over for your stay when alerted. However, we keep all of the extras in the drawers of the dresser or the closet in the bedroom. As for fresh air in the home, all of the windows open to the outside to allow fresh air in. Did you try opening the windows? Also, there are fans in the home which help circulate the air if the windows are closed. As for the pool, yes the pool was filthy and was not meant to be swam in at this time. During your stay (April 22nd – April 26th) the pool was not yet open. The pool did not officially open until May 6th and it is beautiful and in great condition. I am sure you would want to lay out there and enjoy the weather if the pool was open during your stay, but it was not yet. Hence the signs on the pool door saying Closed. As for the location, this is the best place to live in Nashville. It is centrally located to everything, easily accessible from the major interstates, walkable to many places and a quick Uber ride to anywhere in Nashville. We keep the price low so we can welcome many people to Nashville. We hope you will join us again and let us increase your expectations for your next trip.
