Not only is it a short walk to Canyon Lodge, but the condo is clean and cozy and stocked with everything you need for a great Mammoth weekend: WiFi that really works, blazing gas fireplace, coffee, extra blankets and towels, super comfortable beds, and more.

If you are looking for a property near the lifts, you can't do much better than this.
Very clean and best location
We stayed here for 3nights (1/2-1/5). Location is great. We walked to the Canyon lodge to snowboard everyday. This place is the building closest to the slope and pool entrance. The condo was updated/remodeled. Interiors was very nicely decorated. The condo had everything you needed- keurig coffee machine, pots, pans, utensils, shampoo and soaps. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bag was provided. Wifi worked great!!! Had smart TV and we were able to enjoy Netflix( our account). Pete was nice and responded to our call fast.
I can not find any negatives about this unit! Thank you for such a great and clean place!
Neat and nicely located
We had a wonderful stay. The kitchen is super functional so we cooked most meals there. Short walk to Canyon lodge was great. 2 things that kept me from giving a 5 rating, the opening overlooking living room is scary. Should have a glass window. The folding sofas were very uncomfortable, the kids complained and took turn sleeping on the regular bed. Would need a little foam mattress topper.
Nice nook in a great spot
Extremely clean and contemporary - comfortable place to relax in Mammoth. Owner was thoughtful and detailed in instructions - great time had by my two kids - 9 and 11 - and parents too.

Additional information about rental rates
Cancellation within 30 days of rental will result in forfeit of rental fee. Guests are responsible for any damage to property. The town of Mammoth Lakes requires property owners to pay a Transient Occupancy Tax of 14%. Additionally, Home Away has recently implemented a booking fee. I do not receive this fee - it goes directly to Home Away. (I don't like it either!)
