This townhome is located at the Coral Ridge resort. It is minutes away from many fabulous golf courses, Zion National Park, Sand Hollow, Quail Lake, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, the Zion Outlets and many other fun attractions.

This is a spacious 2750 sf end unit townhome, set up on a hill with beautiful views of Zion Canyon and surrounding areas. It has a 2 car garage and plenty of parking available.

Home has 5 bedrooms. There is a master bedroom on main floor with a king bed, a master bedroom upstairs with 2 queen beds, another large bedroom with a queen bed and futon, and a large kids room and game room area, that has a sets of twin bunk beds with a trundle bed and a queen sofa bed. This room also has an XBOX 360 with various games. There is also an additional room with twin beds.

It is loaded with upgrades. 10' ceilings, granite tops, upgraded appliances and a laundry room with a full size front load washer and dryer.

There are 2 balconies upstairs that overlook the front/side and back of the house. There are beautiful views of zion canyon from them.

All rooms have led tv's, dvd players and cable.

Sleeps 16+ in beds.

Free high speed internet (wifi) is also included.

On the patio, there is a bbq and outdoor dining.

We chose Coral Ridge because it is a new beautiful resort with nice amenities. The Coral Ridge resort is zoned for nightly rentals so you won't have any issues with the city or neighbors.

What makes this townhome unique

This home is great because it can accommodate a family of 5 or a group of 16. Since it is an end unit of a duplex, it is very open with lots of light. It also has a very private back patio with no one behind it.

Great vacation home

We took our large extended family (12 adults and 7 children) to this vacation home and fit quite comfortably! (Albeit, we had some babies sleeping in the large closets.) The home is beautiful and in overall good condition with many amenities.

The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is that we had some issues with the major appliances while we were there (dishwasher flooded twice and refrigerator was finicky one day about keeping the temperature steady). However, the manager was attentive and quickly responded to all of our inquiries. I truly felt that they were trying hard to make our stay a wonderful one. I got the impression that the problems we had with the appliances were not unusual so I fear this home may need some repairs, but I do know that a repairman for the dishwasher was scheduled for right after our stay so thumbs up to management again!

Overall, this is a place we would visit again and somewhere we would recommend. We had a nearly perfect vacation and made many wonderful memories!

Amazing place to stay

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 4 days for Spring Break! It's clean and beautiful and stocked with all the amenities you need! We comfortably fit 2 families and had plenty of space! It's in a great location and the year round heated pools are fabulous! I would definitely stay here again!

Spacious, comfortable, quiet

We had a family reunion including 10 people, and everyone was comfortable and uncrowded. The kids enjoy the Pools and Hot Tub as well as the house. Would stay here again.

Perfect home away from home....

We had outstanding stay. The house is perfect home away from home and it is Immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with TVs in every bedroom.The location is close to highway and the compound is family oriented environment and very safe. St. George about 10 miles away and Walmart in Hurricane is only about 5 miles from house.

We had excellent directions from the owner and even a great list of suggestions of things to do. The owner is fabulous to work with.

Coral ridge is the perfect location for visiting the st. George area. It is right off exit 16 of i-15. Go east to get to zions, go south to downtown washington and st. George, go sw to get to tuacahn and snow canyon. It is located in a quiet area but just a few miles away from wherever you want to go.
