Why Cesar Ramirez Parralejo chose Orihuela
It is my primary residence, so when you decide to come we leave it and make it perfect for you. So it's not like a rental either: you'll enjoy all the amenities you can imagine. TV 42 ', AC, leather armchairs, visco-elastic mattresses ... well, I'd like yo check the comments of the persons who have been at home before. Maybe it will convince you to contact us. I think it will be worth if we chat ;)

Disappointing ...but as we are the only ones...
The house does not meet the standard expected taking into account the high price. Maybe we are too exigent, see the other reviews (however there are not many recent ones). The owners are indeed very trustful and helpful, example they brought us new deckchairs as the existing ones were torn. The house and equipment are visibly older than the pictures let you believe. Might be important: there is no privacy in the gardens, there is no sun on the terrace where you take meals, for the pool (with no shade) you need a car, there is a direct access from the street to the back garden but you must clime over a wall of 70 cm (visible on the pictures).
We take seriously the point of view of our tenants. We love to improve! And it is the first time we get one of these. Fortunately it is normal to receive five stars and tenants return each year (that's why there are indeed less comments: repeat tenders contact us directly and do not comment twice, although there are those who have done). In fact we have already booked three weeks in August 2016 from a "old" tenant and we are in September 2015!
Faced with the possibility of canceling this comment that could harm us (stars are important for you) we preferred it clearly public because this is how we want to be: clear. As things should be, don't you think so?
We agree it must be a matter of expectations. We also get holidays and it is important not to have surprises. So the photos correspond 100% to what you'll find at home. Please check the pictures yourself:
Privacy: One terrace is on the inside of our calm and open urbanization and there are no fences with neighboring houses. The fenced terrace is just like you see there, 170-200 cm from the street, but the perception of privacy is very personal and we cannot say anything about, of course! Yes, we leave a passageway to facilitate pass bags, etc. without trying to be a gateway, but ultimately it is also used for this purpose. We did not think something good would generate a negative comment!
Sun and terraces: The house has two terraces and a solarium. In one terrace the sun is in the mornings; second one, in the evenings, so you can choose where you want to eat. We consciously use the terrace where we eat in July and August in the shade because it is more pleasant under the midday sun in Spain, but sure it is ok to move it under demand ;)
Pool is one of the most valued elements. Not only because it is quite big and very well maintained: it is very quiet. And it is very quiet because it is not surrounded by houses as we always inform our tenants, in this case too. Then, the house is very quiet too. About 7-8 minutes walk, less than a minute driving, so we normally use our car and leave parked outside. It will certainly be a reason for some people to not choosing us; and in other cases they especially appreciate having no noise and something close to a private pool. Check comments. The pool is ready to install sun umbrellas that we provide for free to our tenants
We are sad that in this case we didn't meet expectations 100%.

My family and I was wonderfully rested in this hospitable house. The pictures presented here correspond to reality. In the house there is everything for a comfortable rest and even more. Our little boy was delighted with the pool. We want to thank Caesar for the help and the advice he gave to us. Our stay comfortable and memorable. I hope that next year we will come back.

"In 2011 I spent wonderful 10 days in Cesar and Jessica''s house and definitely didn''t want to miss out on it during my second consecutive summer vacations in Spain. Friends who accompanied me on this occasion were absolutely enchanted by the place and enjoyed it immensely.
My suggestion would be to spend relaxed morning on the terrace, hit one of several Orihuela Costa beaches during the midday and chill out at huge and well-maintained swimming pool in the evening.
Talking about the conformity of the advert in relation to the reality, one should bear in mind that the property is even BETTER than it seems on photos.

"Our stay in Torrevieja w...
"Our stay in Torrevieja was more than a wonderful experience. I was completely fascinated by the condition of the house, tranquility of the area and pleasant climate. As far as accommodation is concerned, what you see on the pictures is what you get. Or actually you get even more! The house is spacious, clean and secure. It boasts with beautiful terrace that is equipped with everything you might need for the evening of barbecue. There is a bathroom (on the upper floor) and a toilet (on the ground floor) which is suitable when there are more people accommodated. There were five of us, but I think that even six people would not make much pandemonium. In the kitchen you will find absolutely everything that you may possibly need and if you fancy cooking you will not have any problems to prepare what you normally make at you home. The best part is (residents only) the pool which is huge and regularly maintained. We usually enjoyed there on our own as if it was a private one, but when we discovered beautiful beaches situated in the vicinity we did not need it anymore. The owner is more that willing to make your stay as pleasant as possible and is constantly at disposal for any difficulty you may face. In our case he installed two air conditionings a week before our arrival, he provided us with his own GPS because we were not able to get it at rent-a-car company, installed the new water heater the same afternoon when we informed him that we had problems with the supply of hot water and finally at 3 am he sent us a locksmith when, due to our fault, we got the door locked from the inside. I felt more than mortified, but he did it without the slightest trace of disapproval. These are the precious gestures which mean a lot when you found yourself in unfamiliar situations. I will be totally frank and give my most sincere recommendations for this property which will certainly meet the expectations of the most demanding renters. I will be even more frank and say that I would not waste so many words if each and every single one of them was not well deserved."

Comme les autres années précédentes, nous avons avons passé de magnifiques vacances, l'accueil des propriétaires est excellentes, disponibles et aimables. La maison a tout le confort necessaire, airco, wi fi. Nous y retournons l'année prochaine.
Il est que nous aimons nous rendre visite cette famille: tout est toujours grand et facile et nous sommes personnellement charmant pour moi et ma famille. Si jamais demandé de rester à la maison, ne hésitez pas et leur donner la priorité.

It is indispensable to have vehicle to move. Several renting car companies nearby the zone. If one comes in taxi, please indicate as a reference Campoamor's golf Court and "La Fuente" Commercial Center (Campo de Golf de Campoamor, Centro Comercial "La Fuente"). The house is only 300 meters far away
