This cozy smoke-free property is located in a modest quiet complex conveniently located one block off NW Grand Ave which provides easy access to all the major expressways (Loop 101 and 202, I-17, and I-10), the Sky Harbor Airport, all local sports complexes, restaurants, shopping malls, local golf courses, and other Sun City attractions.
This condo was recently upgraded to include fresh paint and attractive ceramic tile flooring that flow throughout the unit.
The combined living and dining room contains a new HD TV featuring basic cable. The master bedroom contains a king size bed with walk in closet and attached renovated bath. The window wall in the master bedroom provides easy access to the enclosed patio. The second bedroom contain twin beds with a small HD TV. The renovated second bath is located directly across from the second bedroom. The third bedroom contain a large comfortable couch that lets out to a queen size bed and a walk in closet. The renovated kitchen contains a second eating area, access to patio, refrigerator, microwave and washer and dryer.
Sun City is an adult community. All Individuals who occupy this unit must be at least 55 years of age.
We are retired senior citizens who spend a portion of our time in Michigan and Arizona. We love to escape to the dry warm climate in Arizona during the cold frigid winter months in Michigan.

We purchased this property after renting another unit for ten years during the winters months. Our former landlord decided to retire and spend his winters in Arizona. We then had to decide to give up renting or buy. After looking around we purchased this unit because it is a extremely quiet complex with friendly people, has three bedrooms, and is affordable on our retirement income. We have met people in our complex from all over the United States.

Clean, comfortable, close to grocery. Enjoyed stay very much.
This condo was clean and comfortable and appeared just as in the photos. The kitchen and pantry was well stocked and made this more like a stay in someone's home than a hotel. It was so nice not to need to buy a pound of butter for just 2 pats. Our only concern at first was the noise from the trains, but after the first night we discovered that we heard the trains when we were awake, but they never woke us up. The wi-fi worked great, which has become an essential feature of any extended stay for us. The property manager was very helpful and also made us feel like we were visiting a friend, not just renting an apartment.
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Sun City. This condo is conveniently located to several of the local golf courses. We love to golf and did so every day of our 11 day stay. Sometimes more than one round a day! We also enjoyed other community functions, such as outdoor concerts, and we attended three D-Back games. The property is very affordable, clean, spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The neighborhood was very quiet except for the occasional train passing nearby. Some might find the noise troubling but we kind of enjoyed it! The owner was great to do business with and the property manager was super nice and helpful. We would definitely stay again and would have no problem recommending this home to friends or other family.
