Detailed description:

Let our condo be your home away from home in Park City! Our beautifully updated and incredibly clean condo has everything you need to live like a local in Park City. It's in the perfect location to enjoy everything our beautiful mountain town has to offer. But most importantly, you'll have peace of mind knowing that your host is local, super quick to answer questions and is incredibly responsive should any issues arise. If anything is not cleaned, not stocked or not working please let us know right away! We take great pride in our condo and the service we provide to our guests. We want you to have an awesome 5-star Park City vacation!


The Park Station complex is located at 950 Park Avenue in Park City. We have a spacious corner unit on the second floor. The balcony faces the mountains to the west and the colorful miner shacks along Park Avenue. There is an elevator in the complex.

Sleeping accommodations:

The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Our maximum capacity is 4, including children.


There are flat-screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms with cable, including movie channels. The TVs in the living room and master bedroom are internet-enabled smart TVs. Wifi is free and tech support is available 24-hours a day.


The kitchen is fully stocked with the equipment you need to make meals at home (dishes, pots, pans and utensils). We also provide a drip coffee pot, tea kettle, crock pot, toaster and blender. There's a dishwasher in the unit.

Other items provided:

We provide all linens/towels/bedding for 4 guests. There are hair dryers in both bathrooms, an ironing board and iron, soap, one travel-sized shampoo/conditioner set in each bathroom, humidifiers and fans. We also provide Duraflame-type logs for the fireplace. These are easier to use and easier on our mountain air than wood. But if you’d like the real stuff you can pick up a bundle for around $5 at any convenient or grocery store.


There's a large dedicated parking lot at the complex and parking is on a first-come, first-serve basis. We are only allowed one parking pass per condo - please plan accordingly!

Swimming pool:

Pool and hot tub hours are 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the summer (Memorial Day - Labor Day) and 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the winter (opening - closing day for the Park City ski resorts). As is the case with all condo complexes in Park City, the hot tub and pool are closed in the spring and fall. There is no lifeguard on duty. No glass in the pool area and please be mindful of noise.


There's a coin-operated laundry room on the 4th floor of our building. There is not a washer and dryer in our condo.


Park City’s a small town and our condo’s in a great location, making getting around without a car very easy. In most cases we recommend that you forego a rental car and utilize the free Park City bus.

Luggage storage:

We're so sorry but we're not always able to offer post-check out luggage storage. If you have a late-night flight we recommend booking another night or renting a car to store your things. Park City Mountain Resort has bag check available in the winter.

Park City recommendations:

As our guest, you'll receive a comprehensive guide to our condo and insights into Park City from a locals point of view, including where to eat, what to do, how to get around and how to get the lowest price on ski passes. Need more advice or have other questions? Just ask! We literally live blocks away and LOVE helping our guests enjoy our beautiful mountain town.

House rules:

Our condo is your home away from home during your stay in Park City and we ask that you treat it as such. Little things like wiping up spills quickly, not allowing children to jump on furniture and turning off lights and electronics when you leave go a long way to keeping our place in great shape. Be respectful and courteous to your neighbors and mindful of noise at all times of the day and night. Smoking is not permitted in the condo, on the balcony or anywhere on the Park Station property. Pets/animals are not allowed in our condo at any time or for any reason.


LYNN, August 2017: My high school girlfriends and I chose this beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 full bath apt on Main Street in Park City as our weekend get-away! We all live in different states/cities and had not seen each other in 3+ years. We had an amazing time! Cindy and Jason were a big part of the reason we enjoyed ourselves so much! They provided us with great places to eat from breakfast to lunch to dinner, great hikes, etc. We tried as many of their recommendations as possible and were always very well pleased! We absolutely loved the location in that we could walk everywhere which was convenient after an adult beverage or two :) but also for exercise! My friends and I all talked about how we would LOVE to come back to Park City but more importantly would want to come back to this exact same place. We may come for another high school girls reunion or each of us may bring our families back. Thank you, Cindy and Jason, for making our weekend together so memorable!

CHRISTINA, APRIL 2017: This condo was fantastic! Great location easy to walk to Main Street. We loved it! Beautiful! Super clean and had all the amenities we needed. Highly recommend staying here. Will definitely stay again if it available when we visit again.

CAROL, MARCH 2017: The apartment was terrific. Located a block from Main Street, it was within an easy walk of the Town lift and restaurants. The apartment itself was really nice. I loved the kitchen design. The rooms were spacious and it was very clean. We have only good things to say about our whole experience. Thanks to Jason and Cindy!

JOE, FEBRUARY 2017: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Jason & Cindy's place. The condo was very nicely decorated with a well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The location was excellent. We were able to easily walk to restaurants and shops in downtown Park City. And there was a little park next door where the kids would love to go to hop around in the snow. The welcome brochure that Jason and Cindy provided was very helpful and we tried out several of their restaurant suggestions. We would definitely stay here again and hope to do so in the not too distant future.

There is free, unassigned off-street parking should you arrive with a car, but a car certainly isn't necessary. The Park City free bus route will take you to every where you may want to go in Park City, and the bus stop only steps away.

The Park City Golf Course is only a mile away. In the winter it becomes the White Pine Touring Cross Country ski course with over 20 kms of groomed trails!

If you enjoy Mountain Biking you'll find some of the best riding anywhere, right outside your door. Hop on your bike and you can be on amazing single track in less than two-minutes!

Perfect Ski Condo

We had such a great time at this condominium. The location can't be beat - 1 1/2 blocks to the Town Lift, and an easy walk to Main Street. The condo has everything one could need for a great trip - plenty of linens, kitchen goods, paper products, etc. Everything was very high quality. We enjoyed the wood burning fireplace, and the hot tub as well. Even though the unit faces Park Ave., it is very quiet. The owners provided detailed information about everything having to do with the condo and the surrounding area. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great spot in Park City.

Great vacation!

Loved the condo, loved the town, and loved all of the restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay and Cindy was a pleasure to work with. Definitely go pre-season if you can - Deer Valley makes plenty of snow and the staff is over the top helpful! Also, most restaurants in town offer two for one dining - you can't beat the prices and ambience! We will definitely be back!

This condo was awesome. Would definitely stay again. Very clean, close to main street... everything was within walking distance and very comfortable. Owners were very responsive to special requests and extremely accommodating. Finishes were very nice. Great find!
