Bedroom #1 (master): king bed and bathroom (first floor), Bedroom #2: king bed, Bedroom #3: full bed, Bedroom #4: king bed, Bedroom #5: two full beds. Our family are avid skiiers and outdoor enthusiasts. We love going up to Vermont to mountain bike, hike, ski, and spend time relaxing.
Michael McNamara purchased this cabin in 2010
We bought the Cabin to give our family a home base in Vermont. We get up there whenever we can. As our kids got older and had schedules of their own, we decided to rent the place out to others with an interest in the outdoors. The cabin has plenty of room for large groups and extended family. It is a relaxing place so those who don't want to ski or bike and just want to chill out have a great place to do little all day.
The cabin is a well furnished and comfortable place to be. It is close to the mountains, skiing, shopping and restaurants. It's location half way between the peaks of Killington and the shops and restaurants of Woodstock offers a wonderful excursion for everyone in your party.
One of the best houses we ever rented. Owner was very helpful and responsive to any and all questions. Highly recommend this house for any vacation and if/when we are ever back in VT we will rent again.
Would highly recommend Mike's Vermont Cabin - it was an incredible space, very comfortable for all and Mike was very responsive when needed. We'll be back!
Bedrooms were spacious , heated 3 car garage excellent feature and wood burning stove and hot tub were great. House is older than pictures show and not sure it was cleaned very well...about half hour from Killington....
Fantastic property to relax with a group of friends and close to the ski area. Bonus is the long trail brewery right down the road. The only thing I would mention to be aware of is that the wall between the two bedrooms upstairs does not fully connects to the ceiling (assuming for air circulation). But rather than that everything was fantastic and we would definitely stay again!
We had a large group of friends come stay with us in this adorable cozy cabin. Wonderfully furnished and an excellent location for some fall relaxation with friends. Just a heads up, there is zero cell service! We couldn't get the landline working, but the wifi was enough for us all to communicate with the outside world if necessary. The picture below is the view from the driveway. We will absolutely be renting here again!
