If you are looking for a relaxing Maui vacation away from the traffic and noise of the high-rise hotels, then this is your place! Our remodeled condo is located just a 1/4 mile from the beach and conveniently located to everything in West Maui! Free parking just outside the front door!

New AC system! New ceiling fans (not pictured)! New stainless steel appliances in the kitchen & newly refurbished! New brushed stainless steel bathroom fixtures (not pictured)! This 2 bedroom - 2 bath unit is on the top floor of a two-story building that offers unobstructed, panoramic ocean views. The beachy décor and open floor plan with tile throughout is perfect for your Hawaiian experience. Each bedroom has a queen bed with ceiling fans and the master bedroom has a beautiful ocean view with access to the lanai. Each bathroom has a large, walk-in shower and granite countertop. The unit is fully furnished with a well stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer. The lanai is perfect for dining outside and watching the breath-taking Maui sunsets!

Your stay includes access to the pool and tennis courts. Public golf courses are also nearby. Ka'anapali beach & Kahekili Beach Park, one of the nicest beaches on Maui, is just a couple of minute drive from the complex across the Ka’anapali Parkway; you can also walk to this fabulous beach in about 5-7 minutes. It offers great swimming, fabulous snorkeling and full facilities including restrooms, BBQ's, picnic tables, showers and plenty of free, shaded parking. The Kaanapali Plantation complex is also convenient to many popular spots, including downtown Lahaina, Whaler's Village Shopping Center, many fabulous restaurants and grocery stores.

The condo has a lot of natural light, openness and great views! The trade winds that go through the condo are so refreshing and relaxing! It's also a nice quiet spot away from the high-rise hotels but so close to everything in West Maui!

Our stay in Jackie's condo was a wonderful experience. Nestled in Kaanapali with a view of the golf course and ocean, in a quiet neighborhood near the action but without the crowds. The condo has been upgraded with new appliances, granite countertops and ceramic tile floors. Ideal for 2 couples, each bedroom has a private master bath. The kitchen is very well stocked with a variety of utensils. We were welcomed with a basket of local fruits, waters and chips, and a note offering information on Maui. We were in Maui to run the Maui Oceanfront Marathon, and the condo was nicely located near the morning pick-up point in Whalers Village. Truly a wonderful experience and a great value; we had a roomy 2 bedroom condo for less than the price of a Kaanapali hotel room.

Nothing should be hung from the railings on the lanai. 3. No smoking in the condo or on the lanai per the HOA. Please use the designated smoking areas on the property. 4. Check-in time is 4pm and check-out time is 10am 5. No pets 6. Dishes, pots/pans, etc. should be cleaned and put away where you found them before you check-out. The overall condition of the condo should be left tidy. 7. Please do not put sandy items in the washer and dryer. 8. This is our home so please treat it kindly.

First Trip to Maui!

The Carroll's condo in Kaanapali Plantation was perfect for our first visit to Maui/Hawaii. Quiet, clean, well stocked and close to all that we wanted to see and do. Host Jackie was very helpful and responsive at all times. Highly recommend!

The condo and view were exceptional. We enjoyed it.

The rules to stay off lanai until 8 am and no cell phone use outside we’re extreme in the cellular age we live in. There was no mention of this in Homeaway. We were asked to respect residents with no loud noises, which was not an issue. But we never dreamed of talking as “noise”. Guess it was. Please be specific when defining no loud noises. Mahalo

Owner's Response: Aloha Teresa- There aren't any HOA rules to stay off of the lanai until 8am to my knowledge or that I've seen written up in the HOA rules. However, there are quiet hours in-place from 10pm-8am. We've owned this condo for almost 3 years and this is the first I have heard of this being a problem. Being out on the lanai and talking at low levels shouldn't be a problem. I'd be interested to know who told you otherwise. Mahalo!

clean, comfortable, everything you need!

when we arrived here a lovely greeting basket full of fruit was waiting in the really well stocked kitchen, beer in the fridge, rice and sauces available too! all of the rooms were a great size (we stayed here 12 days with the in-laws and never felt like we were stepping over eachother). every morning in February watching whales from the deck while enjoying breakfast was awesome! thank you very much for sharing your home with us

Lovely condo

We stayed for a week in this very clean and beautifully furnished condo. It was well stocked with beach and cooking essentials. Close to all our favorite beaches. We would definitely rent this condo again.

The condo was everything we could of hope for and lots of extras that made our stay so enjoyable. From enjoying our coffee with a great view in the early morning to packing up the car with all the great beach gear, we had a amazing time! This will be our go to place for future visits!
