Paradise 315 is a gated complex with pool, covered parking, elevator, Net Flix in living room and large corner balcony.

Loved the security of the gated community
We stayed for a week at the end of March and we were so very pleased. We entered through a gate with a programmable code and parked in an underground parking garage that easily accomodated our tall truck (unlike the last condo we stayed at on Tybee which was VERY difficult to park at). We had 2 spacious parking spaces. We got on the elevator right beside the parking spot and got on the elevator and went up to the third floor and it opened up just to OUR rental unit! Each elevator serves just 3 properties. Walking in and out of the gates was super easy with a code. My husband was only there for part of the trip and I loved how secure it felt there. The condo itself was very very well stocked. The kitchen was superb. There was so much room too! The location is perfect except that it wasn't ocean front or ocean view but we knew that when we booked. The only thing that would have been nicer would be if the owners updated the televisions in the condo. My sons room had no tv at all and he was disappointed and the tv in the master was kinda ancient and there were just a handful of channels. I personally work long hours and don't get the chance to enjoy much tv at home so I would have liked for the tv situation to have been better. We liked being near the Breakfast Club. There were several good places to eat very close by within walking distance. We love the Social Club and Stingrays. The bar on the corner had super good food and perfect service but now I can't remember the name but they were across from Sunrise. We walked pretty much everywhere. We absolutely LOVE Tybee Island and would choose this condo again in a minute.

Guests do enjoy the Brass Rail complex, because it does offer secure parking, pool access, and ease of access to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops on the south end of the island. The Paradise 315 unit does come with Netflix streaming services. We will definitely pass your review on to the owner, and we hope you will return to our wonderful island soon!
