Renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath, walk to ski lift and Main Street ski condo.

This newly renovated and warmly decorated, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom has an open and spacious floor plan. It is fully furnished and has a new sofa sleeper in the living room.

The hot tub and swimming pool are just a short walk away. It is a great place to come and vacation. There is a beautiful view of the ski area from the deck, wonderful gas fireplace to warm your hearts. This condo is central to everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Master bedroom features a King Sized bed. Our 2nd bedroom has a full sized bunk bed with its own bathroom. The kitchen is open to the living room and dining room to allow for great entertaining. This wonderful condo is located a block and a half from the Snowflake chair lift. Or catch the free shuttle outside and start your adventure somewhere else.

Short walk to year round swimming and hot tubs.

No air conditioning. . Temperature during summer evenings are usually around 50F.

NO Smoking - NO Pets.

Spacious Condo Close to Slopes & Main Street

Overall, we had a great stay at Park Place. There were 6 of us who stayed there, and there was plenty of space for all of us, and we still had room for a couple more people if we wanted. The place had some nice features, like the gas fireplace for cozying up at night and the balcony for hanging around after we got off the mountain. Proximity was awesome with an easy walk to the gondola as well as everything on Main Street. It allowed us to park our car and not move it at all!

There were a few things that I think need to be addressed. Firstly, I think there may be mold growing in the caulking in the master bathroom... Management should get in there to take a look at it. Secondly, I'm pretty sure the whole apartment was cleaned with bleach, including the fridge, which I wasn't pumped about when putting our food in there. There are much less pungent cleaners out there (water & a little vinegar!) that do a great job without making the whole place smell so bad and be chemical-ridden. I'm kind of crunchy in that way, though. Lastly, the oven dial pad/numbers were not working, so when the boys went to make a pizza, it had to cook at 350 instead of 425. The timer didn't work either since the dial pad was out.

I would definitely look into staying in this complex again... I don't know that I would stay in this unit again unless the issues above were addressed, but it wasn't to the point that we couldn't stay there. It fit our needs for a couple nights' stay.

PS - Danette was a great property manager to deal with, so I'm sure she'll get things in order for future guests!

I frequently hear from guests that it is really cozy and nicely decorated. I will certainly have the shower and kitchen range looked at by professionals for future stays. We don't use bleach in kitchen areas at all. I am wondering if a previous guest left some cleaning product behind that inadvertently was used to clean the kitchen. I do hope to hear from you in the future Danielle-we provide a 10% discount off all returning guests nightly rate!

Very nicely decorated.

We enjoyed our stay, the condo was just remodeled and very comfortable. The only thing that I found lacking was a good set of pots and pans. I realize that many people eat out when on vacation, but our family tends to stay in and cook. It was a bit of a challenge with the available pots and pans.

Very Pleased

My wife and I, along with another couple stayed in this property for a long skiing weekend. The check in process and proximity to both slopes and down Breck was ideal. Hot tub was adequate and kitchen was beautiful. Would certainly stay here again.
