The Regency On Beachwalk Is A Modern Boutique Hotel In The Heart Of Waikiki.

You'll appreciate the comfort and convenience of this modern, fully-furnished two-bedroom, one-bath end unit (693 sq. ft. plus two lanais with tables and chairs, for a total of 910 sq. ft.) at the Regency on Beachwalk, right in the heart of Waikiki and steps from the best beaches, fun outdoor activities, top restaurants, night life, unparalleled shopping at Waikiki Beach Walk, and just across the street from Trump Tower!

The living area has a queen sleeper sofa and a flat screen TV. The dining area seats 4 and is adjacent to the resort kitchen which has upgraded appliances including a dishwasher, ceramic stove top, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffeemaker, toaster, cookware and tableware. 

You'll be able to view the Friday night fireworks from the comfort of your own lanai!

The master bedroom has a comfy queen bed and a flat screen TV. The 2nd bedroom with a queen bed, has sliding, frosted privacy windows that open into the living area, and also has a flat screen TV.

The bathroom has a walk-in shower (no tub) with hand-held shower wand and Toto wash let.

The Regency on Beachwalk is a secure building just a few minutes walk to great restaurants like Roy's, Ruth's Chris, Hard Rock Cafe, great night life, great surfing and fun in the sun! This non-smoking accommodation sleeps 6. (10% discount for 30+ night reservations.)

Although there is NO pool at this location, you're just a block to the beach!

Best Location

We would book this property again in a heartbeat. The location was perfect, steps to the beach, shopping , bus stops, an ABC store downstairs.

The view across thatched roofs and palm trees and city scape behind was perfect.

The folks at the front desk had a smile and greeting every time we left or came home.

The condo itself has everything needed to relax, eat and sleep. The AC rocked.

Awesome stay at the Regency on Beachwalk #86 Unit

I've stayed in quite a few Hotels & condos through the years visiting Waikiki and having stayed at the Regency on the Beachwalk Unit # 86, I was quite impressed with the size, location and the view of the unit. The unit is quite large by Waikiki standards. There are two lanais (balcony's) one for a bedroom and the other off the living room. There is a secondary bedroom right off the living room with sliding panels that afford the user view of the huge view. I actually would think this is the master bedroom if it wasn't for the two twin beds. Both have a flat screen TV in them as well as the living room. The unit has a full kitchen with a cook-top in place of an oven. This helps for those that need to eat in on bad weather days, but 9 out of 10, most won't need to and will eat out in one of the nearest food establishments. The bath has a walk in shower and the toilet has a Toto Bidet. Location Location Location as the saying goes and this unit is in one of the ideal spots. Plenty of shops from budget conscious to extravagant within a 4 block radius.

The owner Mike is quick with responses before we rented and the manager of the unit Paul is easily accessible for questions once we arrived.

Parking is provided over (1 short block away) in Fort DeRussy park and can be reached even faster by going through the Trump Int'l Hotel.

if your stay includes a Friday night, I highly recommend staying in between 8:30 and 9:00 PM on Friday for the fireworks show provided by the Hilton . The view off the lanai is amazing.

There are a few food trucks out front next to the Trump Hotel and the fish tacos are the best I've tasted.


There really isn't any except I wanted the twin beds pushed together as one bed and it wasn't done. No big deal. and the main con is that we wished we could have stayed longer. :)

Kudos to Mike for such a wonderful unit. We will definite come back.

A positive experience!

My wife and I traveled with our 2 year old daughter and we had a wonderful stay in this unit. Our interaction with Mike was superb as he was quick to reply to any questions, and was punctual at check in. We travel to Waikiki on an annual basis and the location is perfect for anything you would want to do. I would definitely recommend rental unit to others.

Excellent Place and very well worth the money

This property provided a place for my employees to stay while they visited my company in Hawaii. This was far better than any hotel and very spacious and was portrayed exactly as it posted. . I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to be local central and comfortable.

Great stay for out family of 4

Very clean, and modern condo. Quiet, great location. Kitchen was very useful for our meals. Beach 2 blocks away,. Possibility of parking in parking lot was a plus. We would recommend this place without hesitation.

Wonderful location!

This was a lovely condo. It was very comfortable and clean. The location was fabulous, and the fact that it comes with a parking spot made things perfect. 4 of us (two couples) stayed very comfortably together. It was great to be met right outside the building, and we felt like we could call at anytime with an issue - which we never had - Yay! Would recommend this condo to anyone.
