Why Lisa M Charest chose St. Pete Beach

This area is paradise and it is wonderful to own a small part of an island!

What makes this house unique

Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and the Tampa Bay, Pass-a -Grille Beach is a gem with water and white sand beach everywhere in an underdeveloped little island. There are ten restaurants that are enticing, yummy and only a few blocks away. Cute shops and boutiques run along 8th Ave, the smallest downtown in the US which is perfect for strolling. Pass a Grille Beach is mostly a residential beach- It is perfect for a life made for walking, relaxing, cycling or swimming. The beach house is only a few steps from our beach trolley stop and the trolley can take you to wherever you want to go.. or you can just stay, enjoy the water, the sea grapes and the local restaurants as they entice all who come to this area. Above all enjoy the sunset that has made Pass a Grille/St Pete Beach the 'sunset capital of FL the water is all around to reflect the suns rays and shine with warmth on each glorious day.

Adorable bungalow and a great place to get away.

  • 5 of 5

This cottage was fantastic! It's in a great area of Pass-a-Grille, just a few houses from the Gulf or the Bay. The house was perfect for me and my husband but we would have had plenty of room for 2 more people. The cottage was well stocked and the beach chairs came in handy every day. We were close enough to walk to the restaurants and stores on 8th Ave. and just a short bike ride to Shaner's Market on 20th Ave. for meats, deli items and groceries. When Hurricane Irma altered our travel plans, Lisa was wonderful and very accommodating since 2 of our flights were cancelled. We plan to go back to the Seahorse again. We loved it!!

Perfect Beach Vacation Home.

  • 5 of 5

If your looking for a romantic getaway or family vacation, look no further than the Seahorse. What a great house in a great location. The Seahorse had the perfect amenities and your steps from the beach. Lisa, the owner, gave us the perfect recommendations on where to go. No need to drive anywhere, everything is within walking distance or a bike ride away. We can't wait to go back.

Our beach cottage was vmsuper cute. It was super clean and was perfect for our family.

The Seahorse Home is really nice. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds are extremely comfortable. It is very close to the beach. Had fun walking around town to restaurants, ice cream shop and park. Recommend going to dinner at The Hurricane, make sure you go the "Rooftop" ..the top level of the Hurricane for an awesome view. Would definitely stay here again!

An extraordinary week of joy!

  • 5 of 5

My wife and I visited Pass-a-Grille last week (mid-May) to celebrate her graduation from graduate school. Over the past few years, we've visited St Pete once or twice a year. It's truly a magical place. We stayed at Lisa's "Seahorse" property. The location is terrific -- located on a street between the Gulf and the Bay. Location is exceptional -- it doesn't get any better than this. If you think a beachfront home is required, I encourage you to try this property -- it's a 30 second stroll to the gulf, and a 30 second stroll to the bay -- with Herons, Pelicans, Cormorants, American White Ibis, wild parrots, and more. A quiet community without "thru traffic" -- an ideal spot for a getaway with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment nearby. When it comes to the home: the beds and furniture were comfy, the AC worked great, the kitchen served our needs perfectly, we used the Roku provided to access Netflix, and much more -- linens and towels were provided, as were beach chairs, bikes, etc. I've stayed at many homes in Pass-a-grille and St. Pete over the years, and the Seahorse is up near the top of my list. Highly recommended!

Perfect location

  • 5 of 5

The home was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and more. The beds were comfortable and living area had sufficient seating for family time. The location was the best -- water on both ends of the street -- beach walk or bay. Wish we could have stayed longer.
