Open, bright and airy floor plan for kitchen, dining and living area. Queen bed and queen sofa sleeper, in the living room, can accommodate 4 people. The pool and ocean are steps away from our corner unit. When the day is done-our condo, overlooking the garden, offers an oasis of peace and quiet to relax in at the end of a busy day. The screened in outside porch is perfect for morning coffee or late day 'sundowners'. This unit is perfect for 1 or 2 couples or a small family.

About Roger Wood

After sailing down the east coast of the US, we ended up in Marathon, FL. Since we had been here many times before and love Marathon and the ambiance of the Keys, we purchased this condo. This is a home away from home for us. It is in the perfect place in the Keys-midway between Key Largo and Key West. The property is beautiful and unique! Our second floor corner unit is quiet yet just steps away from the pool, beach, laundry and tennis courts.

This property has found a quiet corner of the Florida Keys..... Close enough for activity, yet far enough to get to a quiet spot...... You can walk up to the pool and ocean, drive to Key West or retire to your screened in porch for a cocktail overlooking the garden. Roger has also made up a small pamphlet of places to go and things to do to share with you! You choose how much 'excitement' you want.......

Great stay at Royal Plum Club

We had a great stay in Unit 22. The only thing that could have made it better was if it had an ocean view. But the pool and ocean are just steps away. The unit is nicely decorated and very clean. We loved every minute of our first trip to the Florida Keys. The management office is on-site which made it handy to ask questions.

Great week in the keys!

Beach Daisy was great! Well equipped kitchen and everything we needed for a fun relaxed week in the keys. The property manager was great and also the neighbors where very nice. We will definitely be back to the keys.

A Stay in Paradise

The condo definitely exceeded our expectations. You're within a 5 minute drive from the major grocery store of Marathon and there are multiple excursion opportunities within a few miles radius. We actually called up Captain Hooks and requested a private Kayak tour and ended up getting taken through the Everglades on a 3hr tour that was one of the highlights of the trip. Having beach side access with a pool to jump in became our favorite way to end the day. And Key West is about an hour drive if you feel like experiencing the wilder side of the Keys (we definitely recommend it). Plan on staying here again on my next trip down to the Keys. It's an adorable spot that was just he romantic get-away my gf and I were looking for.

Exceptional condo and location on Marathon Key

This condo provided an exceptional stay on Marathon Key. I was staying with my teenage daughter. The condo is centrally located in the keys and we were less than an hour drive from everything we wanted to do (Key West Butterfly Conservancy & Key West in general, Turtle Rescue, Dolphin Research Center - Recommend all of them). The condo is clean, comfortable and very well equipped and maintained. We like to cook some meals and this condo had a fully stocked kitchen down to the kitchen shears. There are extra towels, blankets and pillows stocked and all the basics like soaps, salt/pepper, etc.. It is also very close to two large grocery stores and Walgreens, which is always helpful. There was a nice gas station/convenience store located right around the corner at Coco Plum & Hwy 1. We were just 5-15 minutes away from several great lunch and dinner spots (We highly recommend the Stuffed Pig for breakfast, 35th Street Key Fisheries for lunch and/or dinner and the Island Fish Company, Sweet Savannah's Ice Cream for dessert and taffy). The owner, Roger, sends a sheet of full directions and several destinations if you are unfamiliar with the area. Super-helpful.

We had wifi and cable tv, which are a must. Especially with a teenager. Both worked very well the entire stay. There is also a great dog park/beach about 1/2 mile down the road. If you like to walk, it is a good distance with sidewalks the entire way. The pool was fantastic. It is a nice temperature, large and very clean. The chairs and railings are well maintained. The front desk people are very nice and helpful. The noise level was minimal around the entire condo. All of the people we met at the pool, on the beach and sidewalks were great - mostly families and couples. I also felt very safe here. There are screens on everything and locks. We had a parking spot for our car the entire time just a few steps from the sidewalk. Even though we are on the second floor, it only took a few seconds to get up there. The gardens are well maintained and we found a few hermit crabs which was fun. If you play tennis, the courts are nice. My son plays club tennis and on his high school team. He approved of the courts.

After returning, the owner mailed out our security deposit very quickly. Before our stay, Roger replied to every email and question. Overall, we were very impressed. The next time we are down in the keys, I will not hesitate to return to the Beach Daisy.

Beach Daisy Condo #22

The property was well maintained and well equipped for our vacation. The only suggestion I would give would be to have cards or a game or two in the condo. Otherwise we had all that we needed. The property manager was very friendly and helpful. Thank you for the use of your home away from home.

Condo was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed and more! Great location.

We could not have been more pleased with the condo, as it was very clean, comfortable and equipped with everything we needed & then some! The staff was very pleasant and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the beautiful private beach. The only problem we had was with the Wi-Fi, which we assume was due to the number of people and devices operating at the same time.

Much thanks to Roger and Barbara for sharing their little piece of paradise with our family!
