A successfully funded Kickstarter campaign raised more than $40,000 for the project, making it a venue truly built for the people, by the people. We were attracted to this small building because it had lovely 'bones' and a huge yard. It was pretty ugly and overrun with weeds. But we saw the vision. We took our time and created a lovely, private, modern space for you to enjoy just a stone's throw away from Pearl Street.

The shape and footprint of the house surrounded by this large yard with mature Oak trees and outdoor view of the Flat Irons. The parking and private dinning space is really hard to find in Central/Downtown Boulder.
