Complete Renovation on this 2nd Floor Gulfside Condo! New Granite and Stainless Kitchen. Twenty Inch Tile throughout.

A new Large Walk in Tile Shower, and a New Granite counter top, on the separate vanity, allows for multiple use of the bathroom with privacy.

The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and TV, the second bedroom contains twin beds and a TV with cable. The living room has a Daybed and Trundle with a real mattresses, not a sleeper sofa. There is also a 42 inch TV and dvd player.

WiFi available through out complex.

This condo is ideal for 2 adults and up to 4 children, or 4 adults.

There is a 'glimpse of the gulf' view from the balcony.

Covered parking for one car only, no additional parking available. It will be necessary to purchase a parking pass for $12 upon arrival.

There are two flights of stairs to this gulf side condo.

Weekly Rentals run Saturday - Saturday.

Sunchase is located 1.5 miles down West Beach Blvd.

Please be at least 25 years of age to rent.

Rent and Rental Agreement due 30 days prior to check in, no late payments accepted.

A signed rental agreement, and copy of a photo ID required.

Pleasant Spring Break in Gulf Shores

Sunchase 208 with its stone floors is easy to keep clean. The refinished shower is nice to use. A well equipped kitchen made cooking meals very convenient. The only draw back is the day bed couch in the living room, a little awkward to sit on but I am sure comfortable to sleep on. But we were on the beach most of the time so not a big deal.

Ok stay.

Pool very small. Trundlebed in living room was very uncomfortable to sit on, wide and high up. No place for our visitors to park!! Loved having our own parking spot and loved the short distance to the ocean!

Cute little condo with all the amenities. Very close to the beach which was not crowded at all which i enjoyed, it was so peaceful. The only downfall was the bed was not comfortable at all.

Nice, clean, & updated with great location, but beware you "spring breakers" you are unwelcome here.

We were thrilled at the location: nestled between other condos, across the street S&S Seafood (YUM), a grocery/liquor store, and the Beach House restaurant. Parking spots are assigned so we had a place to park under our condo. First impressions: it is more dated than the other condos, but clean, and the sign didn't have a light- hard to find at night. The condo is on the "2nd" floor, which is really the 3rd-- the 1st is the parking lot- the building is on stilts. There was no elevator, but the stairs were fine for us, but would be a prob. for those with ADA needs. The lock system on the door was secure, code worked. When we entered, we were greeted with a bright and beach decorated apartment. It was roomy, clean, and the layout was nice. The shower had a seat, updated with new tile. The potty/shower room was separated with a door from the vanity-- we loved with 3 kids! Also, the kitchen had nice electric appliances that were clean and new. The beds were okay, not too comfortable. The beds had wooden boards stacked underneath, if you sat on the edge, you flipped the bed up a little- which was annoying, especially with clumsy kids. Each room had a TV-- the living room had DVD's. The A/C worked well. The beach was about a minute from the condo and it was SO clean and pretty. The grills worked fine. Our main complaint was with the property manager. In addition to closing the pool area hours early, she kept referring to some of the guests as "spring breakers", which we found to be rude and unnecessarily unwelcoming, considering we were "spring breakers". We stayed in the Sunchase primarily because of the location/price, but were sold when we saw it had a hot tub. We planned on using it when the kids went to bed at 8:30 (sign said Closes at 10), and since she closed the pool around 7, we never got to use it! So why didn't we use it during the day? They were strict about closing it, but not about allowing children to be in it all day, even though the sign said no one under 12. After we inquired with the owner why the spa closed early, he said he'd get back with us. Instead, the manager brashly approached us the next day and gave us an excuse "the light was out so they had to close the pool at dark." However, the pool lights were working so this didn't seem valid. As much as we liked the inside of the condo/location, there are many other condos who will cater to our needs that we will be patronizing next time we "spring breakers" head to the Gulf.

Owner's Response: We are pleased that you enjoyed our condo. Springbreak was a challenge for the City of Gulf Shores this year, and require the passage of new laws. Our listing is clear, there is no elevator. Reading of the listing and the rental agreement is the best way to eliminate confusion.
