About Owner/Manager

As a Seattle native, I've spent my life exploring diverse passions: music, architecture, travel, fitness, delicious meals, and a love of world cultures. They have each influenced the creation of an oasis in Seattle's Capitol Hill urban neighborhood. Transformed with the help of a friend in 2003, a thoughful redesign and 1200 sf addition transformed this 1901 structure into a creative project that kick started my Seattle based design-build business.

Travels in South Asia, Mexico, and northern Europe have afforded me many opportunities to explore the world and build lifetime relationships and a positive perspective that guides my current vocation as a Pilates Instructor and health enthusiast. From good eats to performance venues, you can always find me enjoying the company of others and partaking of the amazing offering Seattle provides it guests.

Wonderful Capitol Hill property!!!

We had an excellent stay at this property. It was clean, spacious, and very well appointed. We loved location. It was surrounded by great restaurants, and fun shops. Scott is an excellent host. We would not hesitate to rent this property again!

Very Comfortable Stay in Seattle

M wife and I spent a week at the property in mid- December while visiting with my daughter and family in Beacon HIll. The apartment perfectly met our needs. Comfortable beds and heated bathrooms on the ground floor and a great room on the second level with kitchen, dining and tv - living room area. Internet worked fine but there was no cable - just local TV channels via TV antenna. Parking in the area can be difficult. So we definetly recommend that $12/day parking spot next to the apartment. The manager/owners were very responsive to any request/issue.

Comfy beds & Fantastic Location

We had the best time here - it was all of our first times to Seattle! This property was in a great location - quiet street yet walkable to many fabulous restaurants, shops and parks. Beds were super comfy! Also, the layout was nice having the living/kitchen on a separate floor.

Nice place. Peaceful

The place was nice. 2 bedrooms, very clean, great location. Could walk everywhere and the neighborhood was quiet. I'd definitely stay hereagain if I go back to Seattle. If you drive and need to park juat make sure you have a smaller car. We had a Dodge Challenger and it was tight getting it in and out of the private parking area. That's my fault though.
