About Owner/Manager

As a Seattle native, I've spent my life exploring diverse passions: music, architecture, travel, fitness, delicious meals, and a love of world cultures. They have each influenced the creation of an oasis in Seattle's Capitol Hill urban neighborhood. Transformed with the help of a friend in 2003, a thoughful redesign and 1200 sf addition transformed this 1901 structure into a creative project that kick started my Seattle based design-build business.

Travels in South Asia, Mexico, and northern Europe have afforded me many opportunities to explore the world and build lifetime relationships and a positive perspective that guides my current vocation as a Pilates Instructor and health enthusiast. From good eats to performance venues, you can always find me enjoying the company of others and partaking of the amazing offering Seattle provides it guests.

Comfy quiet nights sleep

Bedrooms are quiet and tucked away from the city noise. Very comfortable bed and all the needs of home are available. Location is choice to restaurants and shopping.

It was fine, the owner was always available to address our concerns. Almost central location.

Property was very clean, beds comfortable, quiet neighborhood with easy access to public transportation or walkable if 20-30 min of walking is not a problem for u. I commutted to the Convention center every morning, and it took 20 min of easy walk. Scott was very helpful of providing info and addresding our concerns in timely matter. One suggestion: need more microwave safe dishes.

Spacious apartment in a nice neighborhood

Spacious apartment. The two bedrooms & two full baths are on the lower floor. On the second floor, was the living room, full kitchen & dinette. Nicely equipped. A couple short blocks to many restaurants. We took taxis to attractions. I would search it out again if I return to Seattle.

Very Good

Over all we enjoyed our stay.

A couple of notes..... having a map of the transit system in the house would be handy for pre-planning. The fact that the station is so close was awesome.

Our only complaint was the number of towels available. There were only 6 towels and 4 women staying, we made do. Generally even in a hotel you get 2 towels per person. Other than that we had a great trip and enjoyed our urban oasis.
