Fully renovated apartment has been totally equipped and furnished since 2010. We have thought of your comfort, and the decoration is contemporary and fancy with Philippe Starck armchairs. There is a high-quality double sofa bed (160 cm) in the living (17-cm mattress). The 2 beds in the bedroom can be joined together to make a 160-cm bed. - A Corian counter top (solid and easy maintenance, - Bosch appliances. The strengths of this holiday house are its proximity to the beach (just the street) and its 8-sq.m terrace. Ou goal is to allow you look at the sea and listen to the waves at any time. The apartment is ideal for a couple with three children. Individually owned listing.

Beautiful view but a little small for 4 people.

It is in a great position with a great view, however, for 4 people, we found it a little cramped. We also thought it could have been cleaner, we found a hair in the shower and the shower panes didn't look like they had been cleaned. On departure, you can either pay to have it cleaned or clean it yourself and I think the people before had cleaned it themselves! We did have a lovely stay though and it would be great for 2 persons.

Perfect location.

Very comfortable. Bigger than expected. Host was lovely. Couldn’t get the satellite TV to give us any English language programmes. Cooking was limited with no oven. Confused that listing says housekeeping included but Vrbo charged us £30. The area is beautiful and we would happily recommend this apartment and Chantal. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Repos à Carnac

2 semaines "hors saison en juin" face à 'Océan, avec un temps splendide. Que du bonheur. Emplacement très calme. Très bon accueil de notre "propriétaire", et très arrangeante pour les horaires de départ. Location idéale pour 2 personnes. Un seul bémol, la dimension de la chambre, plus que minimaliste. Impossible de descendre des 2 côtés du lit - à proscrire pour personnes d'un certain âge, ou pas très "souples ou lestes". Dommage. L'ouverture d'un Super U super achalandé à 10 ' à pieds est très appréciable. Evidemment lieu de choix pour du tourisme. L'office de tourisme de Carnac plage est super sympa. Voila, c'est terminé pour nous, mais excellent séjour aux prochains.

Why they chose this property

We have lived in Auray since 1996 and have enjoy this charming region every day. That is the reason why we have bought this apartment facing the sea. Renting it to share the pleasure of a holiday stay.

What makes this property unique

The view of the sea, the sound of the waves in any season, the quietness of the apartment, the beach nearby to walk or swim...These are all the reasons why we bought this house. The shops are just a few steps away, as well as the thalassotherapy centre. We have built an ethanol-burning fireplace to enjoy a comfortable warmth after coming back from a walk during winter season.
