Comstock Lodge is located right at the base of Deer Valley Resort. You can easily walk to the lift within a couple minutes or catch the free city shuttle to go out for dinner or shopping on Park City's Main Street. This is also a very accessible unit with no stairs and elevator access directly to the front door.
This unit is part of a 'lock-out' style room and can be combined with the identical two bedroom condo next door to create a four bedroom suite. To see the other side of the suite check the following link,Comstock #204.
This nicely appointed, cabin style condo has all the comforts of home as well as one of the most convenient locations in Deer Valley. The common area parking garage has elevator access to the second floor of the building where unit #203 is located. The layout is all on one floor so your tired legs will not have to worry about stairs! The entry area has a coat room and then enters the living room area. Past the living room you'll find the kitchen and dining area on the street side of the condo with large windows to showcase the amazing mountain views. The bedrooms share an access hallway off of the kitchen and each have their own bathrooms attached.
Living Room: Cozy mountain styling with log walls and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace (wood burning with gas assist), TV, VCR, DVD, CD stereo, plenty of seating. Queen sofa sleeper. Great mountain views from anywhere in the living room!
Kitchen: This nicely appointed kitchen space has all you'll need for home cooked meals! An island counter/bar with sink and dishwasher separates the kitchen space from the dining area.
Dining Room: Seating at the dining table for 6, with barstool seating for 3 at the kitchen counter.
Master – King bed, TV/DVD, adjoining full bath with double vanity.
Second – King bed, TV/DVD, adjoining full bath.
Air Conditioning: No
Hot Tub: Private to condo, located on deck (Winter only!).
Per HOA, no BBQ's allowed
Laundry Room: Washer and dryer in hallway that leads to bedrooms.
Garage: Common parking garage with elevator access to the condo.
Distance to Deer Valley Resort: 2/10 mile. About a 3-4 minute walk right to the chairlift.

Great Condo, Great Location, All was as we expected. We would definately come back again!!
Had a great trip. Very nice condo. Close to the slopes either take shuttle from parking lot or walk. Nice hot tub. Definitely will be back
No Better Location - Comfortable to boot!
My sister and I spent a weekend here taking advantage of the great Deer Valley slopes and the comfortable beds in the condo. Located adjacent to the Lodge, the condo is very convenient for skiing.
The booking and check in process was amazingly simple. The realtor provided every detail of what needed to be done and, to be honest, it was really convenient. The realtor’s office is located on the way to the condo. We arrived about 11:00pm, so the Realtor had a lockbox set up and had provided us a code. In the box was all the info we needed to get into the condo and park the car. The next day, after skiing, we went back and officially checked in. It took all, but 5 minutes and we received some nice gifts and local information for our time
The condo is about another 10 minutes down the road. You arrive in a nice, warm garage and have an elevator, so you do not have to haul your gear up the stairs. The door to the condo is steps from the elevator and getting in and out is a breeze.
The condo has a large living room that is open to the dining room and kitchen. It is tastefully appointed in a log cabin/American Indian motif that actually fits with the Utah, skiing atmosphere. The living room has two comfortable sofas that provided nice lounging in front of the fire as I rested after a long day on the slopes and the kitchen has everything you need to be self-sustaining (Whole Foods is about 20 minutes down the road).
The two bedrooms are comfortable and quiet. Both have attached baths, although one bedroom’s bathroom is also the common bathroom. Not a problem unless you are entertaining. The beds are large and comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. There are even humidifiers in each room. The linens are good and the towels are absorbent!
The other amazing part is the location. The condo is located literally across from the Lodge parking lot. That means while others are unloading and loading their cars, you are home drinking hot chocolate. It is about a 10 minute trek to the lifts and if you have stored your gear there, it is an easy 10 minutes. As well, you are about a 10 to 20 minute drive to everything. You can hit a plethora of restaurants in under 10 minutes and a major shopping area in 20. Pretty convenient, as after a day of skiing, I was in no mood to wait for my dinner.
Overall, I have no complaints. We had a great weekend, nothing went wrong and everything was exactly as advertised. No better way to go!
