Cimarron is a well maintained condo right in the heart of everything that Breckenridge has to offer. It's a short distance to the Beaver Run Super Chair at Peak 9 and just as short of a walk to Main Street. Unit 403 is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and has a Queen bed in the Master bedroom, 2 Twin beds in the second bedroom and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living area. Other features are a fully equipped kitchen, wifi, large deck with views of town and the mountain, common area laundry facilities and a woodburning fireplace. Also included with your stay at Cimarron is access to indoor common area hot tubs, and the Upper Village swimming pool (a short distance away). A common parking garage is underneath the building, leave your car there because you won't need it while you're here - everything you need is right outside your door!

Beautifully decorated and cozy, this condo was an easy walk from Main St and the Quicksilver lift at Breckenridge. The only reason that I don’t give it 5 stars is because the sheets and pillowcases were extremely course and uncomfortable to sleep in. Otherwise, it was lovely.

We are glad you enjoyed the condo and the location worked well for you. We also wanted to note that the sheets and pillow cases were "extremely course" because they were new. It takes a few washings before they "break in" so to speak. But better than old, dingy, dirty linen for sure.

Great location, perfect for a ski weekend!
What an ideal location in downtown Breckenridge! We rented the condo for a ski weekend and were pleased with the accessibility to the ski slopes! It was an easy walk to downtown and the lift on Peak 9. The condo was very spacious and easily accommodated our group of 5. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a mountain vacation!
