I have always enjoyed Palm Springs and it wasn't until last 2015 I decided to look for a home I could fix up and share with others. While Hollywood is still home base, Palm Springs is where I come to relax and escape.

The property is a warm, modern and comfortable home with a eclectic decor that everyone can enjoy.There are plenty of different seating/lounging areas so you can always find that quite area to relax.The Views are always changing with the light. Being an active cook myself the kitchen is fully stocked, I hope, with everything you might need!

What makes this house unique

The property is locally managed and maintained by Ric and his staff from Su Casa Property Care. They will meet you at the property at check in, answer any questions and will be on call while you are in residence. Between my desire to offer you a beautiful and comfortable home and Su Casa's 15 years of experience in hospitality we look forward to making your stay memorable.

You will never feel like you've been abandoned in some stranger's house.

Fantastic stay!

Was met immediately by property manager and checked in with no problems. We were thoroughly impressed with the interior of the house. Really decorated amazingly and the kitchen was completely stocked with everything a cook uses. Beautiful appliances and dishes. The rest of the house was very comfortable, especially the bedroom opening out onto the patio. Which was the real gem - designed to make everyone comfortable in all the different areas set up. From relaxing around a grill and gas fireplace to floating in the saltwater heated pool and hot tub. Would certainly rent this Hollywood Hideaway again, thanks!!!

Great, spacious home!

The house was great - central PSP location, close to airport. The pool was really warm and perfect for winter days. The only problem we ran into was the heat did not work one night (we were all freezing!!) though Ric came promptly the next day and it was fixed. And we had a lot of ants - coming in through base boards/under tubs in bathrooms.

The indoor/outdoor space of the house is fantastic - we had a toddler and enjoyed all the space & quick walk to the playground. Each bedroom had a little outdoor area, which was so sweet - would be great for a big family or different couples.

We loved this house and will consider it again for upcoming travel!

Convenient location. Great pool and outdoor spaces

The house is in a very convenient location. Awesome pool and outdoor space! Clean and well appointed. 3 full bathrooms is great for couples and friends sharing the house. Some road noise that is really unavoidable, but the water features outside help mask. Really a 5-star place with a half-star off for road noise. Ric and crew were very friendly and very responsive to questions and requests.

Beautiful property with all the amenities you need for the perfect stay!

We spent my girlfriends 40th birthday here with some friends and had an amazing time! The property is amazing inside and out and Michael and Ric made it as easy possible to get checked in and out. I would highly recommend this property as we look forward to staying here again.

Long Beach

Beautiful property!

The home is equipped with all the comforts of home..the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. We had such great time we decided to stay and extra day. Thank you Ric for making check in and exit so seamless! The only thing not up to par was that some of the outdoor drapes were torn- most likely due to wind damage.

Reservation is not confirmed until booking deposit has been received and a signed rental agreement has been secured. This a requirement by the City of Palm Springs for all vacation rentals.

The City of Palm Springs has a strict 10:00 pm noise ordinance. Loud noises and music is not allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of our neighbors enjoyment of their home.

CANCELLATION: For rentals less than 28 days, the initial booking deposit is fully refundable, less a processing fee of $50.00 and less any 3rd party fees, if written notification of cancellation is received more than 30 days prior to arrival date.

For rentals of 28 days or greater, 100% of the deposit will be refunded, less any 3rd party fees, when written notice is given 120 plus days in advance of arrival date.
Cancellation 119 and 60 days prior to arrival 75% of deposit paid will be refunded, less a processing fee of $50.00 and less any 3rd party fees.
Cancellation between 59 and 31 days prior to arrival 25 % of your deposit will be refunded, less a processing fee of $50.00 and less any 3rd party fees.
Cancellation 30 days or less prior to arrival date, no refund will be given.

Manager's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
