LOCATION. I love being so close to everything - restaurants, bars, gyms, shopping, hiking, downtown Palm Springs and Old Las Palmas neighborhood. I love coffee shops and Ernest (one of the best) is within walking distance. Koffi, a local favorite, is only a short drive or accessible by bus. Numerous grocery stores and many other amenities (e.g., parks, theatres, cultural, recreational) within blocks to a few short miles away.
