The shuttle is also available for those not skiing, a day of shopping or lunch on Main Street is a call away. Hours of service are 7:30a - 5:30p. 3 round trips per day to Main Street, lifts, Gondola and/ or locations within a 5 miles radius from the center of Breckenridge town. This is a FREE service to you when renting this home.

This property is very special. Not only is it a wonderful, comfortable, well-designed home - it's location is extremely unique. The view from the back of the house is breathe taking. You have an expansive radius view of the famous Ten Mile Mountain Range - we think we can see all ten miles - beautiful. Literally, the home sits on a bluff over looking the #6 green and fairway of the Jack Nicklaus designed Breckenridge Golf Club. In the Summer, golf awaits you, across the street. In the winter, Breckenridge Country Club is converted into a cross country ski course. You're minutes away form the Quicksilver ski lift and downtown Breck. Walk down Tiger Dr. and cross Highway 9 and you're at the Blue River - a Gold Medal Trout fishing honey hole.

What makes this house unique

We offer a complementary, Mercedes Benz Sprinter, ski shuttle from the house to the lifts, from the house to town, or whatever(limited runs). Just call and they're there. This house is just up the road from Highway 9 - easy to get top from Denver. The location is an easy bike ride into town. There's an great, paved, bike path into Breck or ride down to Frisco and catch the 14 mile Vail Pass Bike Trail - one our favorite things to do in the Summer. We have 6 Mountain Bikes to rent if your're interested. We have a pool table and Foosball table to enjoy. There's TV's everywhere. There's so much to do around Breckenridge - but it's awfully nice to hang back at the house and cook, enjoy a beverage, use the hot tub and take in the sights. Just outside the house is one of the nicest walks you'll ever take. 45 Upland is a true respite from the real world.

Great property with beautiful views.

The house was great. The only Down fall was there is no A/C. We were there in June and during the day it was really hot. Also the bedroom on the main floor doesn't have a bathroom, they have to go into someone else's room to have access to a shower.

Owner's Response: Thank so for staying with us. Yes, the days during the Summer can we warm but with low humidity. The window ventilation system is usually very comfortable during the day and usually very chilly at night.

Great location and property

The house at Ten Mile Vista was great! We had 10 adults and 8 children stay comfortably with plenty of room. The only thing that would've been better is if one more bedroom had its own bathroom, but otherwise, the house was the best we've stayed in.

Great week at Breckenridge

Overall our stay at the Golden Bear home was very positive. The home is very comfortable and able to accomodate two families very nicely. One of the best features was the shuttle service that took us to and from the resort each day. Not having to drive was outstanding. The owners were very helpful in the weeks leading up to our stay and I would stay here again. The location of the home is good as it's a couple miles outside of town so very quiet and peaceful.

Great house, even better owners!

The house is fantastic and removed just enough from town to give you the privacy you need. Everything was clean, organized and in great condition. But the owners were even more impressive! They were kind, responsive, attentive and incredibly communicative!! The only issue we ran into was beyond their control (the internet had reset due to an upgrade) and they resolved that within an hour! It's always in the details :)

If Breck is in the future I'll definitely be giving this house serious consideration for another stay.

Great home for multiple-family stay!

We had four families stay at Golden Bear for a long weekend, which included four kids under the age of 4 and an 8-year old. The layout of the house was PERFECT for all of our families.

The views are gorgeous, and the location (about 10 minutes from downtown) is perfect. We worked with one of the owners, Scott Worley, for our questions, and he was incredibly responsive.

Comfortable beds, great kitchen (layout, appliances, dishes, etc), nice patio and balconies, plenty of parking space in the garage and driveway, and great amenities. We truly had everything we needed.

The kids really enjoyed the game room and toy box , and we all loved the hot tub with lovely mountain views.

Thank you for a great stay, Golden Bear owners!
