With 2 bedrooms, 1 and 1/2 bath and a wide open living space (kitchen, dining and living room) there is plenty of room for the whole family. While the inside of the cottage is great, the outside is even better...there is a gorgeous view of the Adrinodack Mts and beautiful Lake Champlain from the front deck. Or you can spend your days lounging by the beach or exploring beautiful Lake Champlain in the kayaks provided. You can also enjoy a scenic bike ride (bikes provided). Perfect Getaway

When we arrived at this beautiful home right on the lake, we were greeted by Toby immediately. The house was very clean and a perfect size for all 6 of us and our big Bernese Mountain puppy. We had perfect weather and the sunset views each evening were unlike anything we had seen before. Absolutely incredible. We took the kayaks out every day, played endless badminton games With the kids, and enjoyed long walks with the dog. Toby was available whenever we needed him and worked tirelessly on fixing the internet that went down after a little storm. The city of Burlington is not far and is a very fun place to spend an afternoon. We enjoyed our time so much. We can't wait to stay here again.

Lake Shore Get-Away

  • 5 of 5

We had an amazing visit to the lake that was full of sunshine and beautiful sunsets.

Shared cook outs with family and friends then quiet evenings by the fire.

We felt welcomed and everything about the cottage was top-shelf.

Immaculate and great amenities.

Hopefully we can rent again next August😎⚓️

'Til our next sunset ☀️

MAGNIFICENT!!! (again)

  • 5 of 5

Our second was like we never left (except for the part about having to leave). The pail of goodies & the brownies were delicious - thank you. Outstanding weather again, we dodged a few storms, but never had a washout. Note: if you think you can outrun the rain with your boat, you probably can't. But it was fun trying. If the lake is too rough for boating, an adirondack chair in the water with 2 beers is relaxation beyond belief. Fires just about every night (and even some days), lots of grilling, family badminton wars, cornhole tournaments, horseshoes on the beach - there was hardly time to sleep! And there are fish in the lake after all...and a turtle who likes the dock & mooring area. We (again) are already counting the days till next year

The BEST cottage we have rented!! (We have been doing summer rentals on the lake for a number of years now). The owners greeted us upon our arrival, gave us the tour and made sure we had everything we needed. The welcome basket and personalized note were very thoughtful. This attentiveness continued throughout our 2 weeks. The location cannot be beat - an outstanding lakefront property. A short boat ride to several island state parks (some of them free if you just beach your boat and want to explore the island). Also short boat rides for dockside fuel (2 or 3 stations within 25 minutes). We were the first to use the boat mooring & it is solid - no worries hooking your boat. The 2 provided kayaks got much use - the kids loved them! Also great for a peaceful early morning paddle down the shoreline. We had many family & friends and there was plenty of room to sleep everyone. The A/C was much appreciated as we had the first 90-degree days of the summer. The sunsets are legendary! The only downside was having to leave! We are already counting the days to our arrival next summer!!
