Walk to grocery stores, 'The Esplanade', a Meditereanean-style village and marina with outdoor restaurant dining, art galleries, music, Starbucks, and specialty shops on a stunning waterfront.
Arrived November 1 and the pictures truly reflect this condo! Owners have gone to much effort to make guests feel very welcome. Very clean and bright. Beds are comfy, too! Second floor unit and parking space is close by or a quick stroll to elevator when bringing up groceries. (Carts are provided to make unloading easy!) Incredibly quiet and pretty pool area. Friendly but not intrusive neighbours in this well cared for complex. No trouble to get time on the tennis court either! Easy stoll to everything from groceries to all shops and restaurants at the Esplanade but as with everything in Marco - a car makes everything easier. I would recommend this condo for sure and the owners have been very, very good to deal with-- when anything minor has come up -- dealt with promptly.
