About Al and Dina Perkins
Well established partner at a law firm and wife who know what it means to love New Orleans
Al and Dina Perkins purchased this House in 2014
Why Al and Dina Perkins chose Feret
My wife and I are out-of-state transplants who've been rooted in Louisiana over 20 years and have a true love for the culture, history and uniqueness of New Orleans. We purchased this home in the heart of the city as our support of the rebirth of the city and the Freret Street neighborhood.
What makes this House unique
We enjoy playing tourist on the weekend to visit new places of business and bask in the culture and cuisine. Especially for special events such as Jazz & Heritage Festival and Essence Music Festival.

Wonderful stay in a lovely home in the Feret area of NOLA. Everything we needed was provided.
Easy, lovely, convenient
Hospitable owners, beautiful house, lovely outdoor area
Lovely Place near Edgy Cool UpTown
First of all, this home is beautifully finished, furnished, and maintained. The hosts make it very easy for you to enjoy your stay from stocking firewood for the fire pit to making sure all the comforts of home are provided to you.
Second this is in the under-publicized, but very cool part of New Orleans known as Uptown. Some of the best new restaurants and bars are within a 2 block walk.
Third - the memories. This home was a great place for us to share a family holiday, and we made some great memories here.
Thank you again for a wonderful stay!
The location, comfort & price made our stay great.
The location, comfort & price made our stay great. Dina & Al made sure we had settled in and we’re not in need of anything. We would definitely recommend this property to others.
Beautiful home in a great location from numerous amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Al and Dana were tremendously hospitable. We couldn’t have picked a better place to enjoy the offerings of New Orleans. We will recommend to friends and family and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip back.
The house was beautiful and spacious!! We really enjoyed our stay and would book this house again!!
Conveniently located one block from the new Freret Street corridor. Stroll the historic district and visit diverse shops, restaurants and bars. The area is walkable to parks, playgrounds, some of the cities best schools and more!
