A work+play destination for company offsites, personal escapes + team building retreats. This beautiful beach house was designed for teams and individuals to collaborate and complete goals while enjoying the coastal lifestyle. Sleeps up to 16.
We created this house specifically to encourage a balance between work and play for groups and individuals. Indoors and out, you will find quiet places to escape and relax. For those looking to find a bit more adventure, we provide access to bikes, bodyboards, wetsuits, yoga mats, surfboards and can organize lessons.
We supply everything you or your team would need to get serious work done, while creating a cooperative experience that inevitably fosters collaboration and valuable networking between guests.
Surf, bike, explore, dine and hang out...but when you are ready to get down to work, you simply walk up the stairs to the shared workspace. Stocked with desks, chairs, hi-speed internet and all the amenities of your office, the best feature is probably the view. Enjoy a panoramic ocean view while you work. Sliding doors open up on to a huge balcony lined with lounge chairs and seating for that outside work environment.
With six miles of rugged coastline and 21.5 square miles of land, Encinitas is a north San Diego County city. Apart from the other communities mentioned, even Encinitas appears to contain separate entities unto itself. There's an established district with beaches and shady, tree-lined streets located on Historic 101. Cute flags with pink butterflies welcome guests and give the impression of a happy, old-fashioned place where businesses such as Encinitas Surfboards have plied their craft since 1975. With an average annual temperature of 72 degrees and sunshine nearly every day, life feels great, no matter what you do in Encinitas.
Hi I'm Emmanuel.. A 33 year old belgian that relocated to California 6 years ago. I'm a passionate surfer and a big soccer fan. I really love the city of San Francisco for its diversity in people and food! I run 2 beach villas, one in Santa Cruz and one in Encinitas. They are large beach houses with a shared office space. The concept is work and play!
Great property, close to the beach and really great fur large groups! Would definitely stay there again!
We stayed at this property over the holidays with three families, thirteen people in total. Our children, all cousins, are late teens or early twenties so it was nice to have a place with lots of room and places to convene in smaller groups, or all of us together. The kitchen was equipped with lots of basic dishes and cooking gear. There is nice big bbq and enough dining space for all of us.
Both the living room, and the upper lobby rec room had beautiful views over the ocean. The furniture is basic, especially in the bedrooms, but comfortable. It would be nice to have some drawers or shelving to put clothing. There are only three bathrooms, of which one is in the bedroom with four beds.
The ocean access was easy, and found two blocks from the house. The location is between Encinitas and Carlsbad , with a small fruit and vegetable store and a delicious donut shop within walking distance. There are full service grocery stores, lots of restaurants and shopping in either town, both within a few miles. We had rented cars and visited Disneyland, the San Diego zoo, Torrey pines state park and Cleveland state park for hiking. All were easy day trips.
The manager Liz was helpful and responsive when we needed help arranging the delivery of lost baggage.
Overall a great stay in a lovely part of California.
Recently stayed at this large property in Encinitas.
Only a short walk to the beach.
Very spacious and well appointed.
The view from the second floor balcony is awesome.
4 stars only because the furnishings and decor are quite dated.
Property is spacious, well maintained and clean. Lots of bedrooms and several different places to meet, play games, etc.
Great ocean view and super close to beach.
Me and my friends had a amazing time at this villa. The location is really great. Proximity to the beach, very relax neighborhood, a few eateries and bars nearby. As for the house, it’s just as advertised but I don’t think the photos give it justice. The view is really breathtaking! big for us!
