Acacia and natural rosewood furnished condo, with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable dining area and living room. One bedroom with queen bed and closet. One bathroom with full bath. Queen sofa bed in the living room. Balcony with peaceful, treed surrounds.

This condo enjoys gorgeous morning sunlight, and the balcony is a great place to enjoy a coffee comfortably and soak it in. At night, this condo is beautifully and peacefully lit.

Building is warm and very quiet, with a year-round outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, gym area, shared patio with shared barbecue and mountain views.

The Lodges at Canmore is a short walk along Spring Creek Trail from downtown Canmore, and all of its shops, restaurants and amenities. This condo is also a short walk away from Elevation Place, Canmore's new recreational facility with indoor climbing, pool, gym, public library and art gallery.

Canmore is home to many beautiful outdoor activities. A 20 minute drive from Banff National Park, where you will find skiing, shopping and dining. Stay and enjoy a this as a home base for your mountain retreat.

About The Owner

I grew up visiting the Canadian Rockies on camping trips with my family, and have many happy memories of this area. My free time is spent outside, soaking in all of the natural wonders that this part of Canada has to offer, and my favourite days are spent in the mountains with friends. I work taking guests rock climbing during the summer months, and if home is where your heart is, then I welcome you to come and enjoy the Canadian Rockies from this beautiful home base.

Beautiful setting and very nice greeting at the front desk.

This was a wonderful lodge. Underground parking so we felt very safe entering and leaving not only us but knowing our vehicle was safe. The little condo was perfect. Claire thought of every detail in amenities to make our stay in the condo perfect. We could not have asked for a more beautiful, safe place and comfortable place as this was. Our host communicated with us before we arrived, gave us complete directions on how to get there and what was expected when we arrived in getting the keys etc. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this lodge with Claire to anyone.

Nice location and decent hotel building to be in, if a little noisy and crowded on the weekends. The place was spotless and well set up in the kitchen. However, it is inherently an uncomfortable place to be due to lack of any comfortable chairs to sit in (there are no reading or visiting chairs in the place), lack of a desk to work or write at, and hideously uncomfortable fold out sofa and main bed. Two weeks later my neck and back are still sore from the fold-out - camping in a tent would have been better than that. Reports from the bed were not much better. Add to that the perforated tin lamp shades that put out speckled light which make it impossible to read the printed word on paper and this equals a place that one does not want to spend time in. I would avoid it and will in the future.

Owner's Response: Furnishings provided are as advertised in the listing. Bright overhead lights are available in all rooms, and the seven-person dining room table provides space and a surface to work. Wifi is available throughout the unit. A comfortable new, handmade Stylus sofa is provided within the living room area for seating, with an upgraded queen-sized mattress. The queen-sized bed in the main bedroom is a firm Sealy Posturepedic on a rated frame. A new memory foam topper has been added to the mattress in June 2017. As identified in this review, the property is kept spotless and the kitchen and bathroom are well-equipped for guests' use. Overall, I take joy in providing a beautifully furnished and comfortable home base for my guests, as per seventeen other five star reviews. As my own home base, this is a space that I love and that I hope that guests will enjoy, too.

Loved our stay in Canmore

Greatly enjoyed our stay in Canmore in September. Perfect location for Banff and other parks in the area. Very comfortable condo with extensive amenities. Underground parking garage = extra plus! Enjoyed relaxing and cooking after a long day on the trails. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful stay.

Wonderful building and owner, terrible bed.

Claire was extremely helpful and hospitable. The condo was great, we had all the kitchen supplies etc that we needed. The location (Lodges at Canmore) is awesome! Multiple hot tubs, heated pool, walking distance from downtown, underground parking.

Unfortunately, the bed we slept on was terrible. Until she invests in a new one, I would not go back. My rating is so low because having a bad bed can affect your whole stay, without the bed issue, I would give this property 5 stars.

Perfect for our needs

A simple, quiet, and comfortable setting to return to after a day of exploration. Close to a lovely trail to downtown. A side view of a mountain off deck is welcome. Glad we found this unit.

Beautiful Canmore Condo.

Great condo, wonderful location. Easy to check in, pool and hot tub were clean and in good condition. Beautiful view of the mountains from the property. Would stay there again if back in the area.
