Tyra Riverbend Lodge, located in Breckenridge, Colorado, is a true ski-in/ski-out condo located less than 60 feet from Snowflake Lift, which provides downhill access to the Base of Peak 8 or Base of Peak 9. This is a condo unit, located in a larger building/complex.

Surrounded by open space & wetlands, this condo has three (3) large bedrooms and three (3) full bathrooms in 1,367 square feet, and sleeps up to 10 guests. There are two (2) Master Bedrooms, each with a spacious en suite bathroom, mounted television, and a private balcony with views of Peak 8. The Bunkroom contains two (2) sets of twin bunk beds, a television, and is adjacent to a full bathroom.

This condo is a corner unit with a neighbor on only 1 side. Tyra Riverbend Lodge is 3 blocks from downtown Breckenridge, and is adjacent to a bus stop for the free Breckenridge bus system. Breck Free Ride (the bus system) will easily take you downtown, over to the base of any peak, or to a transfer anywhere in Summit County.

Breckenridge is one of the best ski resorts in the United States, US according to “Ski Magazine," receiving over 300 inches of snow annually, gaining 3,398 vertical feet and almost 2500 ski-able acres.

Tyra Riverbend Lodge is also located next to the Blue Sky Lodge, which contains a Vail Resort Lift Ticket Sales Kiosk to purchase lift tickets, a coffee bar, and a small ski/snowboard equipment shop for rentals.

Relax in the Lodge’s outdoor and indoor (handicap accessible) hot tubs, sauna, or steam room. A fitness room is also available onsite, as well as heated & secured parking garage, and private secure indoor ski/board lockers for each unit.

Summertime is a wonderful time to visit Breckenridge - a small stream is located just outside the building, as well as an easy hiking trail leading to a small mountain lake.

CONFIGURATION OF CONDO

As you enter the condo, the entryway is outfitted with a large closet to the left (perfect for storing ski clothes). To the right is the washer & dryer closet. Next on the right is the fully-equipped kitchen. Next on the left is the Bunkroom and full bathroom. The living room & dining area surrounds the remaining two bedrooms, with Master Suite 1 on the left, and Master Suite 2 on the right. The living room has a sofa (queen sleeper) and an overstuffed chair – great for relaxing and reading a book by the gas fireplace.

About Annie Roark

The three owners are all retired from the United States Air Force. Two are retired aviators and one is a retired medical professional. We all love the town of Breckenridge and the great skiing. One of the owners is a part-time ski instructor at Breckenridge Ski and Ride School. All three are proud parents and, perhaps more notable, proud grandparents

Why Annie Roark chose Northwest

Breckenridge boasts some of the best skiing and snow conditions in North America, especially with the addition of the Imperial Chair Lift that drops you off at around 12,800 feet (which then allows a skiing straightaway over 4 ½ miles directly to Tyra Riverbend).

We also love the stream that runs right outside the 2 balconies. We love walking out the back door and having the ski lift right there - a true ski-in/ski-out condo. It’s great to come back to the condo for lunch or a hot chocolate break.

Summer in the mountains is just as nice as the winter, with the mild temperatures and beautiful wildflowers, as well as festivals and events held in Breckenridge.

All that to say, Breckenridge is a perfect year-round vacation spot - we hope you'll agree!

What makes this condo unique

This is the perfect ski-in/ski-out condo. There is no walking uphill downhill to access a ski lift. Snowflake Lift is less than 60 feet out the back door of the building.

This condo has a roomy floor plan, and is located at the end of the building, providing two (2) private balconies off of each master suite. The heated covered parking is unique to the building.

In the summer, a hiking trail is located right outside the back door (crossing under Snowflake Life).

You can purchase lift tickets and rent ski/board equipment right next door at Blue Ski Lodge, then jump on the lift and take off for the day.

In the building, please enjoy the fitness room, sauna, steam room, and the indoor & outdoor hot tubs.

Fabulous location near downtown

Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay here. Comfy beds, clean, plenty of room. This unit has a wonderful view of the trees, lots of windows, and you can really hear the nearby creek which we loved. 5 min. walk to downtown shops/restaurants. Great trail along the creek. Convenient free bus stop a few feet away. Would stay here again! In the winter the Snowflake lift which is right outside the door would be wonderful!

It was great!

We had a wonderful time in Breckenridge hiking this summer and we loved staying in this condo! It was hard to leave. It was very functional for our family of 5 and had everything we needed. Plenty of space and storage and nicely done. The bunk bed room was great for kids. Condo is close to everything, but also great to not have to go anywhere if you don't want to. We went into town for dinner one night, and we got groceries and grilled dinner at the condo the other nights. The owner was fantastic to work with and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Tyra Riverbend is located on 4 O'Clock Road, right next to the Snowflake Lift and Snowflake Trail. You can ski down 4'OClock Road and cross the street to access the building, making this truly a ski-in/ski-out rental.

Just out the back door is a hiking trail leading up to a small mountain lake, right by the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center.

Downtown Breckenridge is a short walk down the hill, past Park Avenue. The free Breckenridge Bus System has a stop just below the ski lift, for easy transport.

Lift tickets are available at the Blue Mountain Building, just below the ski lift, as are equipment rentals.
