Amazing and wonderful

  • 5 of 5

This property is truly lovely with fantastic views from the master bedroom, living room and upper sitting area. The house is very beautiful with really nice furniture. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with lots of extras in the cabinets, including tea, coffee, EVOO, etc. which is very nice to have when traveling and not wanting to have to grocery shop for incidentals. The housekeeper left a bottle of wine, bagette and fruit and cheese plate, just the way to settle in before looking for a place for dinner. The location is excellent; the market, restaurants, bakeries, beer and wine stores and the Picasso museum were just steps away. There are many excellent restaurants in Antibes and we had some delicious meals. The train station isn't too far a walk but also Uber is available and very handy with suitcases. We had a wonderful stay in this house and appreciate the care that the owners have shown and hope to return again soon.

Superb

  • 5 of 5

The house was just as good if not better than the photographs. The attention to detail in the design, decor, kitchen equipment is outstanding and the whole house is spotlessly clean. A stunning outlook and location, just round the corner from the market and great restaurants makes this a very special home.

Stunning apartment and location

  • 5 of 5

This was our second visit to Azure, the first being last October. We were so impressed we simply had to return this summer. The location, views are superb and the quality of accommodation the best we've experienced during the last 10 years of visiting Antibes/Juan Les Pins. Incredibly stylish, immaculate and fantastically equipped. The attention to detail is spot on. Anne-Marie the local manager was punctual and very accommodating regarding leaving suitcases around check in and check out, while we enjoyed a local lunch. We will certainly be returning.

Exceeded our expectations!

  • 5 of 5

Our family was thrilled to stay at Azure Maison for a week. The home decor was modern yet relaxed and the open floor plan offered tons of natural light and ample room for the four of us. The kitchen had everything we needed and we appreciated the opportunity to do laundry during our visit. The terrace is truly a gem in Antibes and we enjoyed several meals there.

The location is perfect for experiencing all that Antibes has to offer - the daily market, the beaches, the Picasso Museum and the many wonderful restaurants in Old Town. Everything is just steps away, with no car needed.

Brendon was very courteous and professional and we appreciated Anne-Marie's gracious welcome and helpful tour of the home upon our arrival.

We hope to be back soon!

Couldn't have been better!

  • 5 of 5

We had high expectations for the apartment based on the website and previous reviews and I am happy to say that our three-week stay met and exceeded them. The place is as advertised and shown on the website. The attention to quality and design is amazing (great job Brendon!). The appliances are all high quality and worked flawlessly. The living room/kitchen was actually bigger than we were expecting from what was shown on the website. We loved the terrace and spent a lot of time there just watching the Mediterranean and people passing by. Plenty of glasses, dishes, and kitchen utensils - really everything one needs to prepare full meals. There are plenty of restaurants in Antibes if you don't want to cook.

The pedestrian street on which it is located is beautiful and while there are a number of people who walk through, admiring it, the area seems very safe. We always felt very secure in the apartment and coming and going.

We did have a car and parking is a little ways off and not cheap. But it's only a 10 minute walk - and is a pleasant one. The public parking garage is very secure and underground. You don't really need a car unless you want to visit some of the out-of-the-way places where public trans is challenging.

Can't say enough about Antibes and the location of the apartment. Market is just a short block away - but far enough so not to be bothersome. The road on the rampart outside is a little loud at times but the windows are well insulated, so it's only an issue sometimes on the terrace and when you want to leave the windows open. But certainly, it's not that bad.

Brendon returned my deposit in a timely manner and I feel that he treated me in a completely forthright manner. He provides a good written guide to the apartment and the area.

The main bedroom/bath is adequately roomy. The second one a little tight but certainly functional. Of course there are the stairs which are a little challenging at first but then one gets used to them (not a place for the mobility impaired but that is well stated on the website).

So we can't say enough positive things about our experience and we recommend this place very highly.

Thanks again, Brendon for making our stay so nice!

A beautiful house in the heart of Old Antibes

  • 5 of 5

This townhouse combines traditional architecture with modern design in a most delicate manner. It is situated upon the old city walls, nearby the Picasso museum. Narrow and 4 floors high so you have to go up and down some steps, but it contains all comfort and facilities you may expect. There are two bedrooms (= 4 sleeps) and two bathrooms, one combined living room and fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, and a beautiful terrace with a stunning view on the beaches and Cap d'Antibes. Beautiful bed linen and all towels (included beach towels) are provided, and changed every week. All is absolutely clean and well-maintained. New air condition installed. Well isolated windows that keep every noise away. The housekeeper is friendly and effective. You just go out the door and after 50 steps you are on the local market with all you need or wish to taste, open every day in the summer. Many restaurants and bars, for every taste or wallet capacity. We love this place and will recommend it to all our friends, except maybe those with toddlers (because of the staircase).

Azure is located at the prestigious heart of the Cote d'Azur midway between Nice and Cannes. It is situated on the waterfront in the medieval Ramparts of the Old Town of Antibes. Antibes with its network of ancient interconnecting cobbled streets fans out from the superb marina and old Port Vauban with innumerable cafés, bars, restaurants and shops. The wonderfully colourful Provence Market is just one minutes walk away guaranteeing you the freshest local produce. The Picasso Museum with it is superb Contemporary Art collection is also only a minute stroll away. The nearest beach is only 300 metres from Azure. Further afield, if the historic hilltop villages of St.Paul de Vence, Biot and Tourettes sur Loup fail to entice you then the cosmopolitan centres of Cannes, with its fashionable Croisette, Nice with its culture and Promenade des Anglais & Monaco certainly will. Within an hours drive the ski resorts of the Southern Alps and the Italian border towns beckon.
