Here is a find for your stay while in Denver. Wonderful 4-bedroom, 3-bath private house. All updated and house completely redone in 2012. My house is located in a residential neighborhood where families and children live. I ask that you respect that they live in the neighborhood and act as appropriate with common courtesy - THANKS!

Bedroom 1- Master bedroom and master bath, new queen size tempurpedic mattress. Walk in shower and private bathroom/suite

Bedroom 2- new queen size sealy posturepedic mattress. Shared bathroom for main level of house with bath/shower

Bedroom 3 - Huge bedroom in conforming basement - new queen tempurpedic mattress. Shared bathroom/shower with bedroom #4

All rooms well proportioned with fine art and furniture.

Wifi throughout house, cable TV, washer/dryer, all appliances new, 2 gas fireplaces, back patio with outside cable TV outdoor dining area and outdoor cable TV. Gas Webber grill for use.

Close to two major bus routes, very close to DIA airport, walking distance to local eateries in Park Hill, less than 10 minutes to downtown Denver and Cherry Creek shopping district.

Please beware, that I do have a beehive in the back yard, small and very well bee-haved bees. They have never been a nuisance and not bothersome in the least bit but did want to make you aware in the even that there is a serious bee allergy, but you are also welcome to enjoy honey from the hive that I have harvested. Please feel free to ask about this so you are fully aware.

I am a single father, my kids are now out in college and I do travel a fair bit for work and have alternate family I can stay with when I am in town if my house is being used by someone else. I have always enjoyed sharing my house with friends and family and looking to expand my horizons and meet new people and share my home. Do not fret, the house is yours when you are here! What makes this house unique

This house is located in a quiet older residential neighborhood in a very nice part of Downtown Denver. We are close to downtown (10 min) and fairly close to airport (30 min). Fine dining, theater and nightlife are all located less than 5 minutes away. Relax on the back patio in the afternoon and decompress or bbq out back all afternoon watching your favorite game.

Required Information: Denver has required all Short Term Rentals (STR) as of 1/1/2017 to license and register all properties and collect 14.75% lodging tax (10.75% City Denver lodging tax and 4 % state lodging tax). We loved our stay at Mark's house! It is bright and warm with extensive amenities, ample space for family & friends, beautiful art work, close to bakery, restaurants, and many other things. I highly recommend it!!

lovingly cared for property in a family friendly Denver neighborhood

Perfect spot for our 3 generation family of 7. Grandkids loved the yard, picking tomatoes & strawberries and building a snow man! Plenty of space for everyone. Open area main floor was very family friendly. The two fireplaces were very nice on our cool nights. The antique furniture in the house was gorgeous and fit well with the newer pieces. All furniture was very comfortable. Art work in every room made the house special & unique. Three TV's were all current and easy to use. My son especially enjoyed the outside TV as he was BBQing. Kitchen had everything we needed. The curbside picture is cute, but you will be floored when you enter and see how spacious the house really is. In addition to what I have just described, "Mr. Mark" as the grandkids called him was the most attentive and responsive landlord we have every dealt with in our travels. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home during their stay in Denver.

Great house in cute area of Denver

This house was wonderful for our labor day stay in Denver! Mark was super easy to work with and very accommodating. Our group in particular loved the art work in the house! The backyard was a perfect place to all hang out and the vegetable gardens at the house were great! We would definitely consider staying here again if we come back to Denver!

Perfect home for a getaway! Great location, lots of room, & everything you need!

Came for a golf getaway for myself & 5 other guys. The house was exactly what we were looking for after a day of losing a lot of golf balls!

Plenty of room through out the home to stretch out. Kitchen was fully stocked with just about anything we could need - pots/pans/spices/etc. I really have nothing to complain about - bathrooms/bedrooms/kitchen/basement/parking.....everything was just perfect for what we needed.

The owner (Mark) was great as well. He checked on us to make sure we got into the house ok and then just said to let him know if there was anything we needed. I thought asking for a couple dozen golf balls to replace all the lost ones might be pushing it, so we never had a need to text him.

The outside of the house is beautiful as well with all the flowers, fruits, & vegetables growing. The bees in the backyard were cool to sit and watch. When Mark brought a new set by on Sunday, we got to an open hive and watch them work. Took some pictures next to them and with bees flying all around us. We probably got a little closer than we should have, but they never bothered us when we were up close and personal or when we were just sitting on the back porch.

Thank you for letting us stay in your home! Couldn't have asked for a better weekend!!
