enjoyed every minute

this was our second time at skippers sunlight and we hope for a third time next year. we are a group that is 65 years of age and up absolutely enjoyed the house with an elevator. plenty of room to spread out. the house has every pot, pan, mixers ( 3 ) micro wave, ovens ( 2 ), spoons you need to cook up any type of dish. we enjoyed waking up to breakfast cooking. sure minor thing where ever you go are bound to happen which in most cases are to small to mention in a house of this caliber. call the people, they want your business and they want you back.

We Loved this place!

  • 5 of 5

SKipper's Sunlight was absolutely beautiful! It was spacious and open and you could hear the waves from our deck and also see just a bit of the ocean which was only a short walk. The only thing we didn't like is that wasn't well equipped in terms of any condiments, spcies or coffee filters etc.Otherwise it was a fabulous property!

Nice house. Kitchen and pool too small. Had an enjoyable time until the stove blew up. Then a downer

Okie Visit

  • 5 of 5

First time back in Duck in 30-years and what a change! Four Seasons is a wonderful neighborhood and Skipper's Sunlight a great place to kick back and relax with the extended family. It was very much as advertised and quite frankly more. The amenities were perfect from pool table to pool, plus the close access to the beach and playground. Bedrooms and bathrooms were abundant and clean and the kitchen well stocked with all you need to feed a lot of people. We took advantage of the close proximity to Ducks' restaurants/shopping and other local destinations down the road in Kill Devil Hills. Elan made signing in and out a breeze and gave us confidence that they would take care of any need...thankfully that was not necessary.

Great New Years week

  • 5 of 5

The house was very well appointed and fit all of my friends comfortably. We are a rare group of 30 somethings without kids, so having individual rooms all with their own bathrooms was a really great situation. The house was very close to the beach and we took full advantage of the community center, which had a nice gym, pool, and basketball court. I would definitely recommend the house to anyone.

family of 20 from Ohio

  • 5 of 5

We absolutely LOVED this house! Everything about it. We had 8 adults and 12 children under the age of 6. There was plenty of room for everyone. Each family had separate parts of the house to 'call their own'. It was great. We loved the heated pool. Even with the hurricane looming in the distance and rain dampening our last couple days, we were still able to swim in the pool in the rain haha Kids didnt care ;) We loved that the ocean was within walking distance.
