Married in nearby Rancho Mirage, we have been visiting the desert area every chance we get for many years. We love the immediate relaxation that only this warm desert air can provide. After falling in love with the South Palm Desert area in particular, we decided to make it our "home away from home." We hope you'll enjoy the area as much as we do!

Comfortable inside and out!!
We had a very pleasant stay for March of 2018.. We had breakfast outside every morning, on the front patio, and a beverage every afternoon, outside on the back patio..
The king size bed was very comfortable.. The inside of the condo was well maintained, and cozy..
The location was very good for bike riding and tennis...
The complex is quite and the pools are nice...

The listing was very accurate, the property was spotlessly clean, and the amenities were great. The location was perfect for us, and we enjoyed using the onsite pools and tennis courts almost everyday. There is great hiking nearby, parks for kids (Ironwood park is just 2 minutes away, the civic center is amazing as well), and shopping for adults. Plus the views are beautiful all around, especially in the evenings. We have a small family of four (with two young daughters), and they really appreciated the onsite toys and children books. My wife and I enjoyed the nice TV's with DVR's (we fell in love with Seinfeld all over again during our stay), the well equipped kitchen, and comfy sofas. The nearby restaurant "Clementine" is my new favorite, their "Jack's breakfast" (ground beef and eggs with onions and mushrooms) was amazing and definitely worth a trip. Honestly the property is literally nicer than our house in San Diego, and it was a little tough to leave after our extended stay. The owner's were very kind, and always quick to respond. I would definitely stay here again, in fact I'm sure I will. If I were you I'd look no further and book now, you won't regret it.
We returned home after a month of staying at this South Palm Desert condo. The property was exactly as described; clean, well-maintained, adequately furnished and well provisioned. Everything was provided from towels and linens to tennis rackets and balls. Andi and her husband were in contact with us prior to our arrival, at our arrival, and during our stay, quickly answering questions that we had and ensuring everything was satisfactory. The grounds are well maintained and people who used the pools were very friendly. Two good size heated pools were very close by as was one smaller non heated pool. El Paseo, Westfield Mall, College of the Desert, hiking trails; all were within a very short drive. The weather was great and a welcome relief from a cold Canadian winter!
Palm Desert and the surrounding area offers world-class golfing, shopping, and dining. Our vacation home is conveniently located in a quiet community, just off the scenic Palms to Pines Highway (CA-74). In close proximity to all the area has to offer, you will have everything you need at your fingertips while enjoying a slower pace in a comfortably furnished condo. Popular amenities and attractions such as El Paseo Drive (offering a vast selection of elegant shopping and dining venues) and The Living Desert Zoo and Botanical Gardens are just 2 miles away! Nearby cities such as Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs offer many unique excursions for those looking to venture out of the immediate neighborhood. For those wanting to stay close to home, you'll find plenty to do with the numerous golf courses, hiking trails and scenic drives in close proximity, as well as the onsite swimming pools, hot tubs, and tennis courts. Or...do nothing at all! Groceries-- less than 3 miles: Whole Foods, Trader Joe's Jensens, and Vons. CVS and other Pharmacies are also nearby. Car Rental-- Enterprise, approximately 2 miles Dining--We greatly enjoy the following restaurants, less than 3 miles: Backstreet Bistro, Guillermo's, Musashi, Pacifica Seafood, and The Copper Oven; and the following for take out: Luscious Lorraine's organic deli & juice bar, Panera Bread. Additionally, we enjoy these restaurants just over 5 miles away: Kobe Japanese Steakhouse, The Mirage Bistro (at Wally's Desert Turtle), and The Yard House. Sherman's deli & bakery serves traditional Jewish-style brisket, sandwiches and desserts (awesome cheesecake!) great for take-out.
