Ocean Reef 1809 is a brand new listing featuring 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. It has been recently remodeled and redecorated to provide optimum comfort for our guests. Master suite features King size bed, private bath, and private access to huge balcony. Second Master bedroom also has King bed and bathroom with access to living/dining area as well. Other two bedrooms have queen beds and share Jack and Jill bath. All bedrooms have TV’s. The kitchen is fully equipped, granite countertops and breakfast bar with stools. There is a separate room with washer/dryer and shelving for storage. Here you will find beach toys, and chairs for your use while staying with us. The large dining table comes in handy for group meals with elbow room for all. The living area features a queen sleeper sofa, ceiling fan, flat screen TV, and an amazing view. The door opens out onto the extra large furnished balcony to expose the fantastic view even further. Watch dolphins play, and view lots of other beach and surf activity from above. Clean, very well maintained, great location

Perfect for my group of five ladies. Plenty of space, most were able to have private bedroom, and the 3 bathrooms really were a plus when getting ready for going out. The balcony was really large and the patio furniture was comfortable. This condo really had everything you would expect for a comfortable stay. The location to Pier Park and other activities and restaurants was great. The beach chairs, wagon, etc. were nice amenities. We will definitely consider staying here for our next beach trip.

Great condo!

We loved this condo! It is quite spacious and comes with everything you need to have a great time at the beach. The huge balcony is fantastic for having your morning coffee while watching stingrays play in the surf. The unit was clean and as nice as it appears in the photos. There are a couple of things I would tell someone about the condo 1) the parking --there is only 1 parking space per unit in the garage, which is kind of inconvenient for a 4 br unit--there is an overflow parking across the street but still inconvenient--especially if you have more than 2 vehicles. The parking garage itself is narrow and difficult to maneuver. 2) be careful of the cable power supply plugged into the wall in the first bedroom. It can easily become unplugged and you will lose your WiFi and cable.

We would definitely stay here again!

We realize parking can be an issue at times, as is a common thing with most condos that are located on prime "beachfront" real estate. We do intend on labelling the cable supply plug in the front bedroom to increase awareness to future guests that it should stay plugged in at all times so as not to interrupt signal from the cable company. We look forward to having you back again.

The unit was very clean and the beds comfortable. Needs better lighting throughout and more towel bars in jack and Jill bathroom . Balcony furniture was roomy and nice. Dining room overhead light fixture was very crooked and needs repair. Manager was very easy to contact and cooperative. No pantry. The unit would be ok for others to rent but we will probably look elsewhere next February

Owner's Response: Thanks for taking time to review the property, and pointing out that is was clean and the beds are comfortable, two of the most important aspects of rental properties. We are making efforts to address the dining room light fixture, and will look into any other lighting issues that actually require attention. There is limited wall space in the Jack and Jill bathroom, but perhaps we can add a hook or two for additional towels. We did add a small shelving unit in the kitchen to help store additional non-perishable food items that will not fit in the cabinets. Thanks for pointing out the spacious balcony as well.
